Mywok is a great asian take out place, and you can just enjoy your quick, easy meal outside at the sheltered tables, watching the world go by. The portions are good, the value great, and service friendly and helpful. You choose your own base, veggies, meat, and sauce.

A great take out spot right in the center of namesti Republiky. We were looking for a snack in the early evening and checked out Unilocal at our hotel nearby. My wok had good reviews so we walked on by and immediately liked the look of the place. There are 4 or so tables outside on the plaz and 4 inside. The concept is similar to wok and roll, a similar take away chain in other parts of Europe. You choose your noodle, meat-tofu, and extras. We ordered the whole wheat noodles(it came with veggies) with prawns and thai sauce. We then took sriracha to go on the side. It was very tasty with a good amount of spice. The ingredients were fresh. Yum! Service was prompt and as was our experience throughout Prague, staff spoke English. The price was right at around $ 5.

My Wok is a tiny but trendy order-to-go Chinese and Asian fusion fast wok food restaurant. It’s a young people magnet especially after 21:30. There are 2 self-serve tables inside and about 6 – 8 sheltered tables outside where you can eat using real plates and bowls. Most order take out. «My» is aptly named since you create your own dish, selecting your rice/noodle, then your protein, then sauce and extras. Ordering extras is cheap running about 10 kc each for mushrooms, cilantro/coriander, etc. The first night I had egg noodles and duck with spicy red curry sauce and a bunch of extras. I asked for more spicy and got it! I was sweating! It’s a good thing I had ordered a can of Pilsner Urquell. The next night I had flat rice noodles and prawns with spicy Thai sauce. Although this was delicious too they forgot to add the extra heat. All the ingredients are fresh and healthy with no MSG that I can tell. The cook works hard and non-stop on 3 woks but the line can still back up. Who knew I’d find good Asian fast food in Prague?!
