Any venue in the capital of the Beer Republik that somehow end up with Stella on tap should have alarm bells ringing. In fact the beer selection was mostly stuff I could find in a pub anywhere in the UK. I suppose thats why a place quite near Wencelas Square could be half empty on a saturday night. Theres nothing really wrong with Sherwood, but theres nothing to recommend it either. This venue us just opposite the Prague train station. The park area opposite the station is known as ‘Sherwood’ due to the dodgy characters that can be found there(its better since some of the trees were removed apparantly) and so I guess thats where this bar/restaurant gets its name from.
