This place rocks and is a wonderful place to make and create work. The staff are amazing, friendly, warm, generous and kind, and want you to be there and to be happy. I truly can’t recommend this space more highly. Please have your rehearsals, business meetings, gallery openings, whathaveyou at Savec. It truly is a creative space for creative people. This was quite an interesting place. I have never seen anything like this in my life. The studio is situated right off of Mustek and is easily accessable from wenclas square. Staff here were very friendly and surprisingly mostly from the USA. They are pretty much able to speak english and czech here if you end up becoming a student in a private class. Great space for creative types, artists, musicians, photographers and the like. They are a place to do your creative work, hold your creative work, or meet other interesting people that share your passion for the arts. Very relaxed atmosphere, perfect for gatherings, jamming sessions or taking artsy photos in their prop photo room. Overall if this is your thing, taking photos, playing instruments and need some inspiration/bandmates/practice space, or you work as a dj and need space for your equipment to practice on, you have found your place.

As soon as I first came here, I fell in love. It’s such an awesome space which can be used for lectures, training, exhibitions, parties, or just a place to hold a creative brainstorming session or just chill with friends. Space includes a photo atelier, lecture/classroom, and a truly original kids area with a stage. It costs 300−500czk per hour to rent(depending on the space) with discounts if you rent on a regular basis. Definitely recommend you check it out. Full disclosure: I rent the space myself for my team to work from 2x a week :)

Studio Savec is an artsy shared office space place situated on the third floor and run by Antonín Malý. If you want to stage a photo shoot or have a workshop in relaxed atmosphere, this place is for you. Don’t be afraid to bring your children along, in fact, it’s encouraged. Savec has a special kids’ corner where your offspring can spend time surrounded by stimulating toys and other youngsters while you work. You can enjoy a comfortable sofa or sit around a table that’s carved like a fish. Casual atmosphere, very good location and affordable prices make this place a very good refuge from metropolitan hustle and bustle. If you are a freelancer and you’re not working there already, you wish you were.
