Well, I’m only writing this review based on experience with the front desk on two occasions. We were in need of hotel so we go to the desk one evening. The young man encourages us to book online for better rates. We do that and their online system is broke. A few days later we speak with an older«gentleman,» to book a room. We inform him that the online system is broken. Anyway, we tell him if we like it one night then we may stay for additional days and ask if there is a discount for longer term. He judges us and suggests that we go elsewhere. I explain to him that we are successful professionals and can easily afford their rates. He thought we would be shocked. Thoroughly disgusted, we leave and they lose our business. I’ve heard this place is very old school and only services business travelers and elderly tour groups. I have no idea what the rooms are like, but judging by the attitudes and décor outside, it looks dated. Hotel front desk should be helpful and willing to take paying customers not discriminatory and snooty.
