We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the staff. While our room was«above ground» it was in a cave i.e. no real window — there was one but it looked out onto a «well» wall — light came from above. The room was huge and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and gorgeous. The heating system was«overactive» so we unplugged the portable radiator each evening — it wasn’t necessary. The location is great for seeing the sights in the region, and the hotel is walking distance into Urgup which we did every evening for dinner. Breakfast at the hotel was tasty and ample. Wifi only worked in the lobby, not in the rooms, due to the thickness of the cave walls. Public spaces in the hotel were also gorgeous and staff was very friendly and responsive to all requests. A package tour operator arranged this, so I’m not sure what the price for the room was.

Amazing. My girlfriend and I transferred here from the Dora, and it was the hotel stay of a life time. We actually slept in what seemed like a cave. And minutes from our front door were these coned shaped buttes covered in caves where people lived like mystic ants. A great experience and well worth the reasonable money.

We stayed three nights here while enjoying Cappadocia. Some of the rooms were actual caves but ours was not but that was fine. Our room and bath were quite large and well furnished. Urgup seems central to all the tourist sites in Cappadocia. The included breakfast buffet was excellent although not as extensive as others we had in Turkey. We enjoyed one outstanding dinner at the hotel. Wifi was included but had trouble reaching through the cave walls.
