I hired Post Road Carpet One of Acton to carpet 4 floors of a townhouse, and I had a good experience with their sales and installation.
Wendy was very helpful in choosing colors, carpet type and getting a volume discount. The installers were professional and showed up on time, and the finished result was a quality job.
If I had one concern it’s that the installers left behind a mess of carpet fibers on the stairways, near the baseboards, and even in non-​carpeted rooms.
I’d use them again, but I would insist that they spend the time to do a thorough clean up when finished.

The rugs are nice. The installer was nice and professional. The cost was incredibly high! I could’ve done the whole house for 75% the cost if I wasn’t new to the area and didn’t know better. And if I never have to speak to the salesperson again, it will be too soon! The man talks way too much for a busy customer and I always left the calls feeling anxious to get to the 15 other things I needed to do. Furthermore, the service is less than stellar. I asked for someone to look at a seam a month ago and was told the installer would be out. I was still waiting 38 days and several calls later.
