I visited my favorite Starbucks for lunch the other day and I wanted something different for lunch. The Manger named Rosie had recommended the Italian style ham and spicy salami panning. It was fantastic. By the manager and her team knowing me and by them not being afraid to recommend something a little spicy for me, I now have a new favorite sandwich. This store is fantastic.

The service her sucks. The barista did not serve my drink for 2 orders then got distracted while taking to a customer who was her friend who then took my drink. I hate this Starbucks!

Just your average Starbucks. The staff is friendly, the drinks are consistent and there’s ample outdoor seating. They seem to be a tad on the slow side but nothing that won’t keep me from returning.

This Starbucks has been here for years. Overall it’s been reasonably competent. The staff is generally helpful and gets your order right. Wait times however vary especially with a rush crowd. The local schools get out about 3pm and flood the place. The location has plently of outdoor seating. It’s clean and stocked.

I get it, you’ve been to one Starbucks, you’ve been to every Starbucks on the planet. But there is only ONE thing that makes every customer return no matter where they might be on this earth, and that’s the coffee! Not the best coffee ever designed or created, but the uniqueness of flavor that quickly become our forever favorites! That is the only thing that will drag you out of your warm home on a frozen winter day, or that will make you wait in line for over 15 minutes, wait another 20 minutes to FINALLY receive your small cup of deliciousness! Now that barista has a very tedious job, I get it; long lines, impatient customers, leering children, but listen up barista, after making me wait in line 15 minutes then another 20 minutes for my coffee that I most graciously paid almost 5 dollars for… please take ONEEXTRAMINUTE, in your busy day to make the drink correctly. If it was you, how would you feel? I’m sure every single person would rather wait another 60 seconds, then walk away unsatisfied. So, almost 40 minutes later, I get to now sip and unhappily swallow my only cup of coffee(because I refuse to pay another 5 dollars). AND I would have to risk another 30 minutes of my life for something that I may or may not have ordered.

I just opened my eggnog latte, which is only about halfway full and tastes awful. If you’re going to charge $ 4.50 for a coffee, it should at least be full.

Definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Just got a bacon sandwich and a chai latte. Nothing special. Very slow and they don’t tell you when your food is ready and let it sit there ask your name but don’t say it and then where and how to get your food is unclear. When you ask«Did someone call my name? where is the food served? Your aren’t met with a warm answer. I’ve gotten this plenty of times at other Starbucks with no problem. I wish I could take my tip back. I won’t return instead.

Dear barista whose name begins with«R,» Please do not stand behind the pastry case when you want to pick your nose(and eat your findings) while you check your phone. We can all see you. Glass is clear. And please wash your hands before you return to work. Trash cans were overflowing, but drinks were made quickly. So there’s that.

Literally the worst Starbucks. It’s a shame that it’s the closest one to my house — all the employees except Tiffany are legit miserable and SO rude. One time this girl was literally texting when I was taking my order. They ALWAYS served rotten sky milk(literally chunks of curdled milk is on the bottom of my cup) when I got my drink a couple days ago I was served the rotten soy milk and then told the girl and she said«do you like coconut milk because we got a bad batch of soy milk, it’s all rotten-wtf?!) then today my breakfast sandwich was forgotten and I kept asking the lady If it was coming up and she’s like«I don’t know» so unhelpful. Time to get a new staff Starbucks !

Staff is very kind and friendly. Wifi is super fast for free public internet(over 50Mb/s) — faster than other Starbucks that I’ve been to nearby. You can actually do some work if you need to Remote Desktop somewhere. Parking was okay at 2pm but it could be challenging at lunchtime.

Cannot believe their beverage cups are not recyclable and their coffee is GMO… DISGUSTING!!! DISGRACEFUL! BOYCOTT!!! Then I discovered BEANSCENE in OAKPARK and they actually have a sign in their store that reads, «Friends don’t let friends drink Starbucks!». — TOTALLYAGREE… and the coffee at THAT place is GOURMET… don’t go Starbucks; put yourself in the car and go to BEANSCENE in OAKPARK!!!

Normally, I don’t have issues with this Starbucks and getting my order correct. I guess today was the rare exception. I ordered a trienta tea, and when I got it, they had made it half tea, half water. So they offered to make it again. When I got that one, it was a tall. Seriously, you made the first one the correct size… why would the second time around be any different?!

I really dislike confrontation and Starbucks Agoura HIlls didn’t fare well today January 02, 2015! I came in with a holiday coupon for a free grande drink and the barista refused to make me a Chai Tea saying I had to get a coffee product. The coupon clearly says a grande beverage of my choice(excludes bottled beverages). You cant get much clearer than that but they still refused to make a free drink for me. I asked for a manager and was told none was present. So I left went to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf telling myself that I will try to spend my $ 100.00 or so each month somewhere else than this Starbucks!

Never in my life have I experienced such an awful experience at a Starbucks in my life and I go to Starbucks almost every day. The staff are careless, rude, short. The lady didn’t even make eye contact with me. She was so disrespectful. I was ready to either point out what a terrible cashier she was or let her manager know. But I decided a Unilocal review would be better, so that future customers know what to expect from this location. Plus, when I walked in no one was in line and there was 4 people working. It took 3 minutes for someone to even take down my order. Really?! This place sucks!

This is a small little Starbucks in Agoura located on a busy street corner. Inside is very small and there are not a lot of tables. The store is a bit crowded due to its set up and the place to wait for drinks gets a little backed up. There are some tables outside to sit at. The parking lot is situated a little funny and the spots in front of the store are always taken, so you may have to park a little farther away and walk over. The employees were nice and they got our drinks right. Interesting to note that they spelled my name right without asking. I am always surprised when that happens. I would return to this Starbucks if I was in the area.

Ya know, just when ya think it can’t get much worse, ya stumble into this Starbucks. And guess what? This is so much worse! These people really really really don’t give s dam! Consistantly, time after time, the slowest most unpleasant employees to have to deal with, just for an over-priced cup o joe. No smiles, no sense of urgency, no attention to detail. They just don’t care. You can easily be replaced by the next sucker, or the daily regulars who have lost all awareness of us «ordinary guys». This is their world, and you are getting in their way. For me, from now on, I am headed to a locally operated spot… great coffee, no attitude

The staff members here are extremely rude, especially Donna. She’s an old hag who clearly shouldn’t be working in customer service and she got mad at me because SHE wrote down my order wrong, so I politely corrected her and she just gave me a dirty look and didn’t even acknowledge me when I apologized for my slightly confusing drink order. This manager needs to teach his employees how to smile and what good customer service it because that was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.
