Who doesn’t love a thick beef and cheddar with mayo and curly fries!!! I love arbys and am sadden that there are very few chains left so you take what you can get. The service at times is slow however the food is pretty darn good so take what you can get here. I love their curly fries, their food is good and worth waiting for if there is a wait. Years ago you could get good coupons for this place too but I havent seen any in a while still worth the money.

Not a good Arby’s. The sandwich meat was cold and dry. I had to wait a while for my fries then when I got them hey were over cooked. They had the air conditioning on and it’s 21° outside! The service is poor. Thy stand behind the counter and speak in Spanish to each other when there are three people in line.

It’s a shame that Arby’s doesn’t have more of a fast food presence in the DC area. The sandwich and salad options, as I discovered at this one, are outstanding. Parking at this restaurant is adequate. This specific Arby’s gets this reviewer’s three-star rating because of the severely limited indoor seating.

Food was middle of the road. Fries where not cold but not hot. Sandwich was not much to complain about there. And the service is what you would expect from a fast food establishment

Not a fan… Honestly i miss the one in springfield mall… The beef and cheddar the mild one should have more cheese than the regular one and when i went to ask they didn’t seem to care at all… Even tho this spot has been here for a while i believe it should have more of a history and better customer service… Give it one star sorry love arbys but not this location

Eight people in line, 1 cashier and then no potato cakes. Pretty pathetic.

Go to this Arbys on a regular basis and like the people who work there. However, my roast beef sandwich today consisted on one strip of roast beef. It did not even cover the bun. I know they have to use a scale to determine how much food on a sandwich but the helping today was the smallest I have had at any fast food restaurant. The two men sitting across from me noticed the same in their sandwiches. Roy Rogers has a far better roast beef sandwich. No question.

love love LOVE me some Arby’s. but not THIS Arby’s. The food was good, but took a long wait. by the time the fries were ready, the sandwiches had been sitting on the tray a good 7mins and were luke warm by the time we sat down with them. I guess the disadvantage to fresh fries is almost cold sandwiches? Dining room /ordering area is small, and I mean micro. get 10 people in there and it’s a mad house. The sauce station was nasty dirty and sauce all over the place. and they don’t have potato cakes… I always ate at Arby’s back home and have even worked at one. This place is kinda shameful to the Arby’s name, old, outdated, no drive thru. I probably wont be back anytime soon.

This your typical fast food joint with their regular brand menu offerings. As an ocaisional to seldom junk food eater I’ve over the years dutifully tried everything on their menu at least once. So as to make it easy to gage each of these places, if and when I do try them, I’ve devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast food joint can be! I gage: cleanliness; service; product quality; convenience; and attitude. This place scores 3.5 of 5. I will be coming back here and is one of the few FF joints I can actually recommend!

We moved to the area, and I thought I would be in heaven because there is an Arby’s up the street.(Actually, I thought it would be almost heaven since there is no Wawa near by.) However, the day after we moved, my wife and I stopped by. Boy were we sorry. I will give them that the service is fast. However, fast did not translate to right. I ordered a Mid Beef & Cheddar and my wife ordered a Regular Beef & Cheddar. It is noteworthy that we ordered by name, not number. When our sandwiches came out, there was no cheese sauce. When I took them back up, the woman at the counter tried to ignore me. When the person at the register pointed out that I had a complaint, the woman said that #2 did not come with cheese. I reminded her that we ordered by name not by number. She got a nasty look on her face and went to the back. Eventually, we got sandwiches with cheese. The other problem was the fries. Essentially, they tasted like grease with some spices on them. I’m figuring that the oil wasn’t hot enough. Basically, they were disgusting. Needless to say, we will not be going here again.

This is an average ok Arby’s. I would give it 3 stars, but there is no drive thru so that drops it down to 2 stars.

Wanted a chicken salad sandwich which they didn’t have so I tried the new angus three cheese and bacon and it was pretty tasty. I love Arby’s and they didn’t disappoint.

I’m not much for fast food, but Arby’s has decent food that’s not overly fattening and the prices are good. What’s nice about Arby’s is they do serve somewhat healthy sandwiches so it’s nice to have the option. This particular store has okay food preparation but the service is very slow. Every time I’ve been here there has been only one person at the register and one person in back. So when there’s three people in line you wait a good 15 to get your order in and another 5 – 8 minutes waiting on it. Overall, I would skip this particular store but if your stomach wants a roast beef it’s nice to have this location available.

If it weren’t for the classic Arby’s sign I probably would have never bothered to come here. There’s just something about that sign that draws your attention like a moth to a flame. I finally decided to give this place a try with the coupons. I used to love coming to Arby’s for the 5 for $ 5 deals back in the day, and stocking up on the horsey sauce. The interior of this place is pretty small due to the outdoor seating area which would otherwise be the other half of the restaurant. Too much wasted space if you ask me. I know some people love the curly fries here but usually what you end up getting are a few nice curly fries and the rest of it turns out to be tiny chips. It’s annoying to eat, but at least they taste good. I think I may start coming here more often.

The old school Arby’s sign looked cool enough for me to stop by to cool my road rage from one of the worst intersections on the east coast. I dig how its not like the cookie cutter Arbys but no drive thru? Staff is functionally retarded and sketchy with honoring coupons. Example: 1 cent gyro here applies to «normal» gyro combo rate which equates to a $ 1 more. Its oldie sign is its only redeeming quality

I’ll start off by saying that the negative in this isn’t a result of Arby’s in general, rather this particular location. I used to love Arby’s when I lived in a different city. First thing? There’s no drive through. Why? Second thing? They don’t seem to want to follow the standards of promotions set forth by corporate. When they last did their 5 for $ 5.55, or at least the last time I was there when they did it, the items differed significantly from the advertised promotion and the lady just didn’t want to hear about it. End result is a poorly run version of what I once remembered from back home.
