Bryan Wood, DDS

I came to Dr. Woods in December as a new patient. My previous dentist of over 30 years retired in 2015. I was referred to Dr. Wood by one of his patients and I am so happy I made the move! Dr. Wood and his staff are warm and very professional — they each made me feel right at home. Dr. Wood discussed the health of my teeth and gums in detail and developed both a short and long term plan for my dental care. He even took pictures of the problem areas he had identified, showed them to me on a computer and discussed the work they required. I had never before really understood the work that my dentist did on my teeth — at my previous dentist, problems were simply identified, briefly discussed, and then just fixed. By contrast, Dr. Wood’s approach is both informative and inclusive — I felt I had both insight and control over the work he did. I’m so happy to be a new patient and look forward to my care by Dr. Woods and his team in the years to come.

I’m a current patient and I want to let everyone know that this is the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is wonderful and the hygienist is awesome. She’s sweet, thorough and most importantly she’s gentle. If you are seeking a dentist, this is the best team. I recommend that you go and see for yourself

What a lovely dentist office experience. Dr Wood spent the time to give me the second opinion I requested and was efficient, nice and courteous throughout. Staff were pleasant and polite, I was seen within minutes of completing my paperwork, the practice was clean and quiet and professional. I hope to make this my local family dental practice.

Not my usual dentist, I came here as my parents come to Dr. Wood.
A current college student, I was in need of a teeth cleaning ASAP before returning to school as I hadn’t found a good dentist near my university — I called Monday morning and was able to get into a cancelation slot that afternoon. During my visit, I discussed a slightly chipped tooth as well as some other concerns I had that had never been fixed in the past (the previous dentists just brushed it off as «aesthetic»). I was treated by Dr Hartley and she recommended some bonding — she also explained that this «aesthetic» problem could get worse and eventually turn into painful cracking.
Since I was still in a rush to get back to school at the end of the week, they were able to squeeze me in the next day for a quick fix! My teeth feel and look fantastic.
I’m really impressed with the staff whether it’s the doctors or the front desk. They don’t try and sell you on unnecessary services and answer every question you might have! The dental hygienist was also great in explaining what she was doing (and didn’t try to make chit chat with her tools in my mouth — such a pet peeve).

I have seen Dr. Wood since 2008 or 2009 and have been very pleased with him and the entire staff. One telling sign is that there is very little turnover in his office. I think the same dental hygenists have been there since I have been a patient. I think several of the folks at the front office are the same as well. They do an excellent job all around. They are easy to reach by phone to schedule appointments or ask questions. They handle insurance claims flawlessly in my experience. The hygienists are very thorough and try to educate you how to brush and floss most effectively. Dr. Wood has not tried to talk me into doing any unnecessary work.

Dr. Wood, my mans. After the retirement of Dr. Reynolds, I was picked up by one of his associates (working out of the same office). I was a little skeptical at first just because I knew wheat I was getting with Dr. Reynolds, and I hadn’t ever met Dr. Wood.
I went in less than a week ago for my 6 month routine check up and was pretty pleased with the results. The cleaning was flawless, a few questions about my dental history, but mostly straight to work. When it was time to discuss fillings, he was straight forward and to the point, and willing to show me what I needed and where. Appointments were easy to set up. I’ll write an update after I get some filling work done, but so far I’m 100% satisfied with the work that Dr. Wood has done.
