McDonald’s

Most disgusting fast food I have ever had. The McChicken was moist and had bland and weird taste. And the coffee was watered down. I understand this is fast food. But you know all the food is pre-​made and pre-​packaged. All the store needed to do is proper storage, reheat, minimum cooking, and serve. Unfortunately, they are unable to do that properly either. Either the management need to do a better job to hire people with work ethic, or the management need to provide better training and monitoring, and do better quality control when the food is served. I will never go back there again. Not solely because of the taste, but because my concern for my immediate health. I fear I would get food poison after I had one bite without knowing how bad it is. Everybody watch out! Only when you speak out, and let the store know, and let other costumers know. Then there will be real change.

I’m not a big fan but it’s so easy to satisfy my hunger here when I’m too busy.
I don’t know other ones around here. So I can’t compare with them but I think it’s just ok. Nothing Wow woW but quick.

Sometimes they can be really slow and cannot understand you in order to get your order correct. They may just give you anything that sounds like what you said. So I can understand people getting the wrong order. They may need to fix the speaker that you speak into or adjust the volume. The one down the street is better. This one has tried my patience. I have gone their wanting a shake or ice cream and the machine was broken.

Unfortunately unlike some of the other reviews who also only use the drive-​thru and get their orders correctly I’m not one of them. I’ve only been to this McDonald’s a handful of times because, although close to my house, it’s not as convenient to get to from my location. The few times I’ve been here I always leave with an incorrect order. Today I got a 4pc nuggets ($ 1) instead of my Chicken Ranch BLT ($ 4.49). It’s sucks that I saw the drive-​thru guy double-​check and I looked in and saw 4 items that I thought were correct. I took the $ 3.49 loss as it is too inconvenient to go back. I just won’t be going to this location again. I guess I’ll have to physically inspect every item I order from now on to deal with future incompetence.

I’ve been to this McDonalds (drive through only) about five times. It’s been accurate and fast every time. Not much more you can look for.
Compared to its neighbor up the street in the plaza past 395, it’s a palace.

I don’t eat at McDonalds almost EVER, but I was in a rush and got some food to go. It was not bad I must say. Please check out the picture of my Southwest chicken salad.

Over 12 years of occasional visits, I’ve never had a one that didn’t have some issue with either quality or customer service (or both). I hit them up every once in awhile almost out of curiosity to see if they’ve gotten any better — but at this point I’m clearly insane for expecting a different result.
Today, parched and craving an iced coffee I figured what could possibly go wrong and zipped into the drive-​thru. Drove home and settled in to enjoy my iced coffee, which was fine, but when I went to pull the Monopoly tokens off the cup (Mom has fun collecting them) I discovered someone at the store had already done it for me :-(. Sigh the record of amazing disappointment continues.
There’s another McDs a mile away in either direction. Go there and save yourself the hassles of cold fries, slapped together sandwiches, past its prime lettuce, surly staff, and other issues I’ve encountered at this location.

Drive-​thru for a Sausage McMuffin w/​Egg. Seemed like it tasted a little funny. Opened it up and discovered that the muffin was moldy. Not a great way to start the day. Went to work on an empty stomach, and had to brush teeth and mouthwash to get the gross moldy bread out of my teeth.
This drive-​thru always has the problem that it’s just a one-​window operation, not a separate pay window. So it’s a little slower than the regular two-​window stores, but not terribly slower. Yes the service was friendly.

What I got this morning was more like a GRITTY… not to mention
there were still globs of white soft serve in it.
Oh…and I saw that lady with the beautiful smile this morning!!!

I guess things got better with the drive-​thru. Still my favorite spot to stop by on my morning commute. If there’s a line in the drive-​thru I usually just walk in which is just as fast if not faster.
Sadly since my first review, the lady that always greeted me with a beautiful smile warm enough to melt the frost of my windows… appeared to move up the ranks, as it appeared she was partly overseeing the fledgling employees… but now I don’t see her at all anymore. I guess she must have moved on. =(
