Worst Drive through experience EVER: On 6÷27÷16 around 12:30am (ish) your staff hand me a boiling hot coffee with unsealed cover and it spilled & burned my leg. She was extremely rude and unapologetic. She was screaming back and forth with me when I told her what she did. Where is the customer service or compassion and empathy? Sorry could have gone a very long way! Shame on McDonald’s!!!

Go here if you want them to spend 20 minutes getting the person in front of you’s order and then forgetting your mchicken. Really? It was 2 mchicken and fries. How do you manage to screw that up. Never going here again.

It’s been over a year now with no McDonald’s for me. I got violently ill after eating a mc chicken off the dollar menu. Eating Mc Donald’s is not in my future

This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I have ever been to! The service is extremely slow. They routinely get orders wrong and I’ve run into several employees there with terrible attitudes. and I could go on. This McDonald’s is terrible! Find another one to go to!

What a filthy embarrassment to McDonald’s and the City of Alexandria Department of Health. Toilets overflowing in the mens’s room, staff making orders with no gloves on, and food and trash and food strewn about the floor and the tables. I asked for the manager to make my comments and she said unless I was the Department of Health I should leave and she walked away. Either McDonald’s or the City of Alexandria should bulldoze this location. What a filthy location to represent anyone.

How about you get some people that can clearly speak and understand English? Every single time
I subject myself to going here, I get a Spanish woman with an attitude. Seriously? I’m done.

In a good location for travelers but it’s uncomfortable and I ran into someone asking for handouts. Considering the condition the DC metro area is in, maybe that’s no surprise.

Sat in Drive-​Thru for 15 minutes for a large soda. I was stuck in line, otherwise I would have left! Not run properly. They need to take lessons from Chick-​fil-​a.

So I pull up to the drive thru and they say mc Donalds and after I ordered and they took my money… then gave me my food not one word said… crappy service

I visited this location approximately a year ago and the McDonald’s was clean and updated. I visited the same McDonalds today and to my surprise it was absolutely disgusting. The floors look like they have not been cleaned in weeks. The restrooms were so nasty that I could not even allow my kids to use it. The customer service was so classless that I canceled my order and walked out. This place needs new management ASAP!

Long wait in drive thru. Once you get in line you are stuck and forced to commit… or commit suicide.

Specials aren’t valid after midnight, and the menu is limited. Basically is is a scam to over charge you for food. Total rip off

The food is often cold and the wait staff rude. They routinely screw up the orders and are rude about having to correct their mistakes. Today, I ordered a girl’s cheeseburger kids meal with milk and a large number 7. They brought me a medium number 5 and a boy’s hamburger kids meal with fries, two packages of apples, and no drink (milk or otherwise).

We used to eat at Mc Donald’s once in a while, not often. We have been coming here for almost 12 years since we live near here. Never had a problem with hair or anything gross in our food. Since we had a child, what kid doesn’t love Mc Donald’s? Even Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt buy their kids happy meals. So we pretty much average going here 2 to 3 times a week.
I love the Egg Mc Muffins, and I don’t care how much I make, I will always eat this breakfast staple once to 5 times a month.
This location is always busy, no fail. It can have a 2 star average, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the owner is making a $ 1 million and laughing all the way to the bank.

I work down the street from here so I go here. Their drive thru is a mess. They are always mixing up orders and giving me the wrong bag first. Ive seen the same thing happen to the cars in front of me too. They have shortchanged me a few times. The straw that broke the camels back was the long hair in my sausage egg mcmuffin. I’ll drive a little further down to the next McDonalds.

I don’t normally write a review about silly olé’ McDonalds but I felt the need to just mention one thing about this location. Many McDonalds locations in the area charge for nugget sauce which is stupid. This is the only location that doesn’t, which is nice.

Something’s always broken or out of stock Fairly unfriendly staff and poorly run drive thru but you still get your food and get out quickly as long there isn’t a huge line.

I was craving chicken selects but struck out. Unsalted fries, lukewarm McNuggets, two ketchup packets added to my receipt as asked but not to my bag. I had to tap on the first window to get the guy to take my credit card. Not even sustainable for emergency food despite the 24-​hour availability.

once again… asked for 2 combo meals, large sized with 2 diet soda’s. they made me pull up after about 10 mins at the window, when they brought out my food, it was missing BOTH orders of fries. took my bag back inside and they did not even charge me for the meals as asked. was given two orders of fries and paid for one, which i am glad I only paid for one, as one large order was only about half full. I should learn from my mistakes and never use this McDonalds again. unfortunately it is easy to stop at for my drive into work and drive home…

I’m not an anti fast food guy, by all means this single restaurant makes my stomach curdle. As you pull in take a glance to the right at the dumpster and look at the new York sized rats skittering around. It’ll make you consider healthier options.
