Mike is awesome! The caters I had hired for a work event called to say they couldn’t deliver lunch on time. I called Panera desperate for lunch to feed a crowd in an hour! Mike was so understanding, he got the whole team pulled together to met my tight time frame. I know they didn’t have much time and worked like crazy to save the day. The best part was when I came to pick it up, everyone was so nice and happy to help. This is the best Panara! I’m a very happy customer. P. s. lunch was delicious

I like this place because they have variety and I find it healthier than other chains, I suggest to order online and pick it up.

Every time I order from here my order says it will arrive in 30 mins. It arrives 1 hour to an hour and a half late. Either smelling like smoke from the English impaired deliver driver or cold as it had sat out for too long. After arriving an hour and half after I ordered, not only was my hot tea ice cold, and my food. But they brought the wrong item to me. My food contained a hair in it, one time of many I overlooked. I wouldn’t recommend getting an order delivered to you from here. Really turns me off of panera.

This location is always welcoming, they will go above and beyond to make sure you get a speedy pick up or delivery. I have never seen any of the staff look bored, everyone is always smiling. If they mess up something they often will make it up with a cookie! I just ordered with Lauren on the phone for delivery and she was awesome, very thorough and friendly, I have never had a more pleasant experience ! Thank you :)

Easy ordering at the many kiosks in the lobby. I got my order in about a minute. This was about 7pm on a Tuesday evening. Soup was hot, bread was soft & tasty. Nice, clean lobby. Apparently this location has a large delivery and catering operation for nearby hotels and establishments. Quick and easy. Will be back.

2.5 stars but this is not a big operation, it’s a walk in station with breakfast pastries and pick up counter for sandwiches. Not a sit down place… but there’s lovely benches and grassy spots within a two minute walk outside. Back around 2005, Panera was a hit with me. I couldn’t get enough of their ½ and ½ combination(sandwich/salad, or sandwich/soup, or soup/salad). They were delicious as I recall. But in the interim I switched jobs, didn’t have a branch near me and so I lost touch. I was ecstatic to try Panera again at lunch when I came here for a temporary training. But I must have gotten the wrong sandwich because their Mediterranean Veggie sandwich was a sad, soggy affair overstuffed with feta and all together rather boring(cucumber, tomato, red pepper and onion). I think this sandwich could have benefited from a more robust focaccia bread not the sliced multi-grain it came with. Also it should tone down the sickly-salty feta and add a herby-spread(like a basil-influenced sweet mustard…). What happened Panera? I had such nice memories of you. You let me down. Maybe I’ve just gotten so spoiled by other chains such as Sweet Leaf Café, with stellar sandwiches, in the interim.

This is a quick in and out Panera. NOPUBLICPOWEROUTLETS for laptops. Extremely limited indoor seating, more tables outside in the courtyard on nice days. Typical Panera fare. You must want to eat from here, not eat here. So much for the original idea of «sharing bread» bit is probably more appropriate for this location.

Tried this place a few more times since: 1) Ordered lunch a few weeks ago using the automated kiosk. The place was slammed(a workday rush), so I expected a wait. I stood back and watched as dozens of names cycled through the status screen. After about 20 minutes popped up on the«preparing» screen and worked it’s way to the top. At that point, once the order is finished, they put it out in an area sorted by last names and your name flips to a second screen indicating it’s ready for pickup. After about 25 minutes, my order was«ready for pickup», so I went over and looked for it. I couldn’t find it so I figured I’d give them a few minutes. 5 Minutes later, my name disappeared off the«waiting for pickup», so I flagged someone down(a task in itself) and asked about the order. They spent some time looking for it and trying to figure out what happened and then decided to make it a priority to make a new one. I waited another 10 – 15 minutes and the order was nowhere to be found. At this point, I had spent about 45 minutes of my hour allotted lunch break simply to get a sandwich at a «fast casual» panera that was supposedly tuned for fast service. I finally flagged down a manager and just told them to give me a refund since the food still wasn’t ready. To be fair, the manager gave me a double refund, but I basically gave up on this place as a lunch option. 2) Stopped by this morning to pick up a bagel. Put my order in on the hated touchscreen kiosks and paid. The screen hung for 60 seconds and gave me a «Timeout» error. So I went up to the front counter and ordered there(thinking my order never went through). I ordered exactly the same thing and as they were preparing it, they ended up with double items. They realized that the«timeout» order had actually went through(with no acknowledgement), so I had been charged twice. They tracked down a manager and gave me a refund for the first order that timed out. The moral of the story here folks is: This place cannot be depended on for fast, reliable service despite that being its main purpose. It’s not like this is a normal, relaxing panera where you can hang out and sip on your coffee while writing a novel on your macbook. It’s more akin to a city mcdonalds with 3 – 4 tables in a corner and the rest just ordering space. When I’ve actually gotten food out of them occasionally, it’s pretty typical Panera(not horrible, not great), but it’s been rare that my visit actually results in a successful order.

First off — I am a card carrying Panera Bread club member. I was very excited to see that Panera was moving in to my work neighborhood. I met a friend here for lunch yesterday. I enjoyed the Thai Salad with the whole wheat roll. I was surprised by the order kiosks — it felt a bit cold — you don’t get the«Welcome to Panera’s, can I take your order». I ordered through the kiosk and while I was waiting for my order — the lonely lady behind the cash register did welcome all of us that were standing there. This place is small so there is very little indoor seating which may be a problem in the winter and rainy days, but the outdoor patio is GREAT! I enjoyed a wonderful lunch sitting outside talking with my friend. Thanks Panera!

First off, super surprised this Panera delivers. I had surgery recently and am not allowed to drive for a few days. I ordered a bakers dozen bagels and a tub of low fat cream cheese. First of all, driver shower up an hour after I ordered(30 min later than their promised delivery time). I can deal with that, it’s a busy time of night. When I opened up the bag, there was no cream cheese. I quickly called the store and let them know. They promised the driver would be right back. An hour passes so I call them back. Again, same thing, they’ll send the driver asap. It’s been over two hours now since I first ordered food and I have not been able to enjoy anything. Not only that, but instead of whole wheat bagels I ordered, they threw in whole wheat rolls. It’s cool if you don’t have the bagels I ordered, but uh. call me before just throwing something in the bag? NOT happy.

The new upgrade Panera is great! The kiosks make make incredibly easy to order quickly without worrying about a line. I also like the Rapid Pick up feature which allows you to order and pay online and simply walk in and pick up your food. Additionally, the staff is really nice and helpful. Sometimes my customized orders we’re incorrect and they gladly fixed it for me. This is a wonderful spot for lunch especially since it’s so close to my job.

Love the convenience of this Panera, close to the Patent and Trademark Office and near my residence. The food is consistent, service is okay, but what I really love is the big patio where I can bring my dogs and the extended hours.

A ditto to what the other reviewers have said: Service is fast, friendly and geared to take-out. Avoid the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich – a slice of tomato, a piece of lettuce, some red onion and a half-teaspoon of some sort of relish on lifeless, soft bread with overly chewy crust. They have to rethink this one.

The food is as good as any other Panera, no issues there. One thing to keep in mind is that there are only a couple of tables. This is a new type of Panera that does mainly take out and delivery. Ordered an Italian combo sandwich which was good and the side of bread was also tasty. If you get a soda the cups are on the side where the fountain soda machine is. They have bagels and breakfast and good coffee. If you put in your order online you can pick it up here with ease.

After seeing the new Panera open with ridiculous crowds this past week, there was finally a reasonable waiting time at lunch on Friday. This location is definitely geared towards take-out or delivery. There are about 6 tables inside and the rest of the space is dedicated towards ordering kiosks and a waiting area. I visited just around noon and got the You Pick Two with the Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread, a bowl of Vegetable Soup, and a French Baguette. the You Pick Two is a pretty good option — you get your choice of 2 options from their soups, flatbreads, and half-sandwiches, salads or pastas. The wait wasn’t bad — only about 10 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food, but if you are in even more of a hurry you can also order online for take-out/pickup(or delivery). The food was about what you’d expect from a Panera — decently fresh and tasty, though nothing amazing. Average quality food, though the variety of soups, salads and sandwiches available do make Panera stand out a bit from the other sandwich shops in the area. They have pastries and loaves of bread too, though I haven’t given those a try yet.
