Aww, I’m actually kind of sad this place closed. I swear that corner spot is cursed; a new business tries every few months.
I had high hopes for The Grids to be able to hold down the fort… but that terrible parking lot is really strangling the otherwise great location.

I just love this place !! I can’t give them 5 stars just yet because I’ve only been here once. Can’t wait to go back and try their smoked salmon and burger waffle. Looks SO promising!!! I know we all can’t help but compare them to Bruxie’s but you have got to admit. THEY ARE SO MUCH BETTER!!! The grids don’t skimp out! Their Waffle sandwiches are so delicious. Great service. Clean interior. I might suggest they master the crispness to their waffle fries though. Tasty, just not quite as crispy as I would prefer.
None the less, I will be back! Hidden gem for sure! Try to name another (delicious) waffle sandwich place in the SGV. I DARE YOU. Yeah. Cause ya can’t.
