BAIT & SWITCH — don’t waste your time. They were really nice when they thought we were going to spend a lot of money but changed their tune quickly when the size of the project was reduced. He spent two hours at our house to give a quote that took all others 20 minutes. It took weeks to get the quote and when we did, it was extremely high compared to others. We were told that the quote would be itemized so we could do as much or little work with them as we chose. The quote did come back itemized but when we tried to hire them to do «some» of the items, they came back and said those prices were «packaged» and would go up if we only did them. Trust me — after two hours with Rick, I can assure you he understood we weren’t going to do all of the work and told us his pricing would be per item. Basically, this company wasted a lot of our time, was not professional and should be more upfront with customers. After reading other reviews, this was probably a blessing in disguise as many have complained about quality of work.

I trusted in some of the great reviews… Big mistake! Work wasn’t done by time, like promised before. Whole house was a mess… Dirt and dust all over the place — no cleaning AT ALL! Plumbing problems we didn’t had before appeared afterwards, no response to emails and phone calls! Yes, they might be good in painting the walls, but I can do this my self! Never again this company. Costed lots of nerves, money and time!

We had Rick’s crew help with a massive home makeover that I just couldn’t do myself (as much as I might want to). They painted the whole exterior, washed and refinished our fences, and did some light exterior carpentry. Then they shifted to the interior with wallpaper removal in our bathrooms, popcorn ceiling removal throughout the house including vaulted 20-​foot ceilings, they patched some holes from my own prior housework (whoops!), performed some light interior carpentry (that false window between the master bathroom & bedroom just never made sense to me), repainted all walls & ceilings & trim, and finally refinished our kitchen cabinetry. The final result looks fantastic! It almost looks like a different home. They were detail-​oriented, responsive, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and were prompt to return messages. They were also very competitively priced — I got several quotes before hiring anyone as I always do. My only critique would be that the project took a bit longer than they initially estimated. To be fair, this was a very big project and some of the workers were sick such that they worked short staffed for at least part of the project. All in all, I would definitely hire them again… though I hope I won’t have the need to do any major home projects in the near future.

Love how one of the reviews is from Rick’s wife. I’m sure that is COMPLETELY unbiased. Our house is a mess. All the trim, windowsills, doors… everything has peeling paint. The paint started peeling off immediately after it was done. Do not let them tell you you can use Solo latex trim paint over the top of the old oil paint that was originally used. IT DOES NOT WORK. A professional would have known this. I contacted them a few months after the job was finished and even sent pictures. Never heard back. I have chalked this up to a very bad and expensive hiring decision on my part. This is only the tip of the iceberg concerning my experience with these people. BUYER BEWARE.

I had a small paint job I needed done and these guys were able to send someone out to give me an estimate pretty quickly. When Rick got there we discussed some other projects I was considering around the house and although I knew I couldn’t get to them all right away, he was so nice about giving me a bid for everything, just so I had the information. Not only was the paint job I originally called them for done so nicely, I eventually called them back to remodel the bathroom. They did a beautiful job and Rick and his crew were very nice and professional and I felt totally comfortable having them in my home. Will definitely be calling these guys when I have the guts to renovate my kitchen!

Great company to work with! Prices are reasonable, and I’m always happy with the results. I’ve had them come paint and texture on two different occasions, and they did an excellent job both times. No messy edges, etc. Also, they are more than happy to come back and fix any spots that may not have been visible before the paint was dry.

I am a DIY-​er always trying to save a buck, but Ihad to call in the professionals to get two rooms painted that have 18ft. ceiling. Not only did these guys come in and do the job better than I would, they were in and out in 4 hours!!! And at the reasonable prices they charger– there truly is no competition.
