I hired Steve and his crew to paint my sports themed man cave. They arrived on time. Started with the prep work. Patched some holes. And then proceeded to paint the room, ceiling, and staircase. It turned out great. They cleaned up great and took all the mess with them. Very nice crew. Would recommend them to everyone. I just have to now put all my stuff on the walls

I have never written one of these reviews before but that being said I felt I needed to tell people who may be interested in hiring this company to do their painting a few things I have learned through the process of finding a Good and Reputable company to get our business and unfortunately Carnival Painting is way Low on that list! First of all the object of any good company you would think would be Customer Service? Well, Steve L is very lacking in that department! ;-(I had asked him to please come and meet with my husband and explain the project to him(since he is paying for it after all?) and he did come! But what he did at that visit and what he e-mailed me after I had decided to go another direction was just plain RUDE and very unprofessional! He went into telling us that he would paint our cabinet doors with them still hinged to the cabinets and then proceeded to tell me to be sure to throw a lot of my plastic containers etc, away there useless anyways? Why people collect them is a waste of space and time? HuH? Seriously, he was going on and on about the most ridiculous petty stuff? I just wanted answers to the job at hand. he seemed not to interested in my topics? But the Main Reason for my wanting to post this is because of the way he treated our new Puppy that day! ;-(Puppies are Puppies so that being said, I had her outside which of course she barked to come inside, Steve says Oh I have dogs let her in, upon doing so our pup excited as they are known to be? started jumping up by him He proceeded to Knock her down with his knee and I do mean He Knocked her so hard one time she fell back and hit the wall! Now I’m sorry but seriously that was so uncalled for I was in shock and after he left I looked at my husband and said NOWAY are we hiring a company who treats their customers in that manner! So, I told Steve we decided to go in another direction with another company and he wrote me this nasty e-mail telling me I should Not of Wasted his Time with the second visit then? Oh My Goodness? Really? So all I can say is buyer beware with this one?
