Protek Painting

This used to be a great company. We used them twice before for exterior and interior painting. Back when it was the two brothers they really got the job done. When we recently called to get an estimate on painting the outside of our house, Korey the owner, came out but never provided us with an estimate. We called every week and sometimes twice in a week and was told how busy he was and she would try to remind him to get our estimate done. We even emailed. Now he is on vacation. It has been six weeks and no response so he has now lost our business. In the past we have always recommended them but he does not seem to have his mind on being a business and there is definitely no communication or customer service. So we will not be recommending them anymore and we are having someone else do our painting from now on.

This is the second time in 7 years that we have used Protek for major interior, painting. Kory, the owner of Protek, is a pleasure to work with. The crew of 3 painters worked almost 10 hours a day to complete our job. They did a fantastic job and also cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work.
