Charlotte Russe

I frequent this Charlotte Ruse because I work nearby in the outlet and they always have such a good selection/​awesome deals. The employees have always been friendly and helpful… that was until my last shopping experience today.
Apparently all the employees I’ve encountered are no longer working there because today was filled with very young teens who looked almost pre-​pubescent working behind the counter. There were two girls and a guy standing behind the counter when I walked in who didn’t even acknowledge me. Oh well, I thought they’ll say something eventually. I continue to shop and while in standing by the shoes, I notice 2 more girls and another guy join this little «behind the counter shindig» where they all go on and on conversing about one of them who’s apparently getting married (seriously? These kids are like 15!) and ignoring the customers waiting to check out. Eventually, one young gentleman sees an rather agitated lady waiting and they go on and on laughing and bragging about how «we are probably the worst, most unprofessional workers you’ve ever met huh?!) I mean all one them were loudly boasting about how awful they were and Agitated Lady was standing there with her mouth wide open like WTF? One particularly large Hispanic girl was sitting on her particularly large ass with her back turned toward the counter texting the ENTIRE TIME I WAS IN THE STORE without looking at the front or getting up ONCE. When I had finally got to the counter to pay, this itty bitty boy who couldn’t have been more than 15 slouches on over and seriously didn’t not say ONE WORD to me the entire time he was checking me out but proceeded to continue their mediocre conversation with the other six Charlotte Ruse tards and started bitching about the amount of ice in his drink he was slurping down. Seriously? I don’t expect you to give me your super undivided attention but at least acknowledge my presence once in a while and make me feel like I want to ship here dammit! I mean, I’m pretty darn cute right? If you’re getting paid to work here, WORK dammit or give the job to someone who can. I don’t know if I will be back here out of the sheer rudeness I experienced… smh
