Last Call by Neiman Marcus

Pretty abysmal inventory, although that seems to be typical for the Last Call experience these days. A bunch of random unknown and overpriced brands that I’ve never seen carried by Neimans. Sales racks full of long out-​of-​style fashions. The shoe department was a tiny bit better as they had some cute Charlotte Olympia shoes and a couple of pairs of Manolos, but the boxes were mismatched for many of the designer shoes with the Manolos in some random brand box. Some of the shoes were in pretty poor shape with scratches and nicks and still priced very high. I walked through wondering how the place could stay in business with such mediocre clothing inventory.

Kinda hit and miss but worth a look. I have gotten amazing prices on leather jackets, suits and cashmere sweaters here. Pro-​tip: the jewelry is so easy to score something that a friend will like, comes in sweet gray Neiman Marcus boxes and will leave you with enough cash to take her to a great restaurant where you can pull out your little treasure! Look for the extra savings throughout and you can get things even better priced.

I always find good deals here but it’s kind of like Loehmann’s, where you used to get these awesome designer finds and slowly it’s getting weeded out into just generic clothing. Just like Gap makes things for their outlet, so does Neiman Marcus, so you have to hunt a little harder than you used to to find a good deal.
Jewelry counter has the best service! The front desk is kind of apathetic about wanting to even be there…, but otherwise people are generally friendly and not as stuffy as they are in the regular Neiman Marcus.

It’s a bit small, little inventory, lots of NM house branded items. There could be a few luxury purses found on a shelf, but other than that I haven’t really found anything here worthwhile or for a great bargain.

So I ordered a bag from Nemians and when I got it in the mail it had a security tag attached. So I drove to the Nemians affiliate closest which just happened to be this dump. I walked in and had to get the attention of a «manager» who was trying her hardest to do nothing. Once I got her attention and told her my issue. She then proceeded to tell me that she could do nothing and that «in her 20 years of working at Nemians nothing has ever had a security tag on it.» After the website not pulling up my receipt I asked her if they could look up my card and realizing I left it in my car she very rudely said that «maybe you should go get it then, yeah?» And I proceeded to leave. It just amazes me that someone who spent $ 200 on a bag; teenager I am or not, could be treated with such disrespect.

I love this place. I like wearing high end clothing, but I do not like to pay full price or go to the mall. Get on their mailing list and they will send great coupons. I have bought Joe Jeans and 7 for all mankind for $ 75 there. I also buy my husband’s Robert Graham shirts there for less than a hundred. I shop on line at Nordstrom Rack and Hautelook quite a bit and I have not seen prices that compare. Also, a plus side is that you get to try it on versus buying it on line. Now, I admit the things you find there are very hit and miss. They do not carry a huge inventory and it seems like they carry many size zeros. I guess that is the items they can’t sell in the regular department stores.

I can’t afford to shop at Neiman Marcus, but if I could, I would hope the service was better than this place. I feel like the people working here are just looking for a reason to look down their nose at someone. It’s pretty sad, because anywhere you spend your hard earned money, you would think they would patronize you and respect you for the fact that you are shopping at their location.
I purchased some boots here, even with a good discount, I still spent $ 300, I felt pretty special. The person behind the register looked at me like I was paying with food stamps and trading in old aluminum cans.
When shopping at this store, it’s like pulling teeth finding a person to even answer a question. I felt like a nuisance.
I can’t say I won’t shop here again, because some of the items they have are pretty desirable. But I know when I walk into this place, I cannot expect great service. That’s a shame because you would think a place with the name recognition of Neiman Marcus would at least go the extra mile with their customers regardless of which brand of Neiman Marcus you’re shopping at.

Very bad customer service, went there to purchase 3 items with 2 $ 10 coupons, and I asked if I can use both coupons since I was purchasing 3 items, each item priced over $ 60 dollars. Toni (her name) just shouted «NO» to me, I was shocked with her response. And I said I can pay with 2 different credit cards, then she said «ONLY FOR 1 CUSTOMER»…hello, my wife and my teenage daughter were right next to me, what did she mean only 1 customer. She is just not smart enough or lazy to choose not to ring the items separately. I don’t mind to suggest her that she can charge them separately but why should I, so my wife just took 1 item to the next cashier to pay with the $ 10 coupon, and I paid mine with another $ 10 coupon. For such a high end store with this kind of service, this is non-​sense. Dumb person is okay, lazy is okay if her manager doesn’t care, but with the attitude she gave to a customer, this is terrible.

My fav place at Allen Outlet. You can score some serious bargains here, especially when things are «extra-​off».

Terrible service! I went there to buy shoes over the labor day weekend. There is no place to sit down to try shoes on (no chairs or benches) and the two employees are just standing there in the men’s clothing section chatting with each other, totally ignoring he presence of customers It is a shame for Neiman Marcus to have a store like this. I went to more than a half-​dozen Last Call and this is by far the worst.

I wonder why no one has reviewed this place!!! It’s awesome!!! I love the deals they got here and how there’s always something good on sale to get. They have a pretty big selection of clothing and jewelry and handbags. The shoe section is good, but I wish they had more in my size (which is unfortunately the smallest size, a 5 hehe) Other than that I really like shopping here and finding myself a good deal. There’s plenty of fitting rooms where you don’t have to wait around for one and service is great too. If you have a NM gift card, you can also use it here.
It’s close to a bunch of great stores like Polo and Cole Haan. You can park in the middle of the two so you can just walk from store to store instead of having to drive around and find parking (although parking in front of Last Call is simple and there’s a LOT of parking spaces!)
