Very rude leading agents when you call. If you don’t like talking to people then get a job where you type code and sit in a cubicle all day. Just my 2 cents.

apartment shoppers do not move to nesbit palisades! the only thing they are good at doing… collecting your money! fees and more fees! they uphold the law related only to money… but make a noise complaint and you are on your own! on the apartment finders website… don’t trust those reviews bc im lboogie0815 & my now 6 reviews have been deleted! manager and her goons are controlling those reviews! i live here and every time i go to leasing office… complaints. so make no mistakes about the cute faces, tight clothes, and smiles… they are shiesty and thieves!

I’ve been living here since February 2014 and I will not be renewing my lease for the following reasons:
I have to put in a request for fixings in my apartment more than once for the same broken appliance.
My downstairs neighbor is a chain smoker and when my ac turns on I smell it and my whole house smells disgusting since she moved in. And she takes up 3 parking spots with her bad parking.
The previous downstairs neighbor was a weed smoker and I would get an allergic reaction and I was itchy several times when my entire house smelled like weed.
The kids in the neighborhood are out playing at night during the summer and run through the halls and stomp up and down the stairs.
The front office staff is very nice but I can’t continue to live here based only on that.
