Stay away. Bought a groupon and set up appt over the phone. I confirmed with her via text the day before the scheduled cleaning. 15 minutes before cleaning, I received a text saying she couldn’t make it. After looking at the Unilocal reviews, I see that’s a common theme…

I called to make an appointment. I never received a call back. I called back and made an appointment and She never showed up. I even called to confirm my appointment and never heard from her. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Bad customer service.

I agree with the other reviewer, Ashly was nice but she did a really crappy job cleaning. I had scheduled a 3 hour deep cleaning and I left her cash and a tip before I’m left to go run some errands. She was leaving as I returned and I immediately noticed that the foyer floor was the same as I left it and I asked her if she cleaned the floors and she said yes, she cleaned all the floors. I thanked her and she left. As I examined the house, I noticed the floors were filthy and definitely not mopped. The bar stools still had cat hair all over the bottom base & in general she hadn’t done a deep cleaning as promised. I texted her and she said she could come back but I asked her to mail me half the money and she said she would. She agreed she hadn’t done her best work. A week & half went by and I didn’t receive a check. I texted her again and she said she would look into it. I waited another week and texted again. At this point she stopped responding. I’ve tried contacting her multiple times and no response. I was trying to help out a single mother and got screwed in return. Horrible business practice & very unprofessional! DO NOT USE her, you’ll end up being out $ 100+ & cleaning your own place after she leaves!!!

Lady was nice and professional. Answered calls right away… Not too happy with the service. Agreed on a two hour service to clean the second floor and basement. She spent the whole time in basement and the cleaning job was not good left the floors soaking wet didn’t wipe down the ledges or clean up properly and was overpriced
