Super 8 Motel Altoona

This is one of the better Super 8 locations I’ve stayed at. Conveniently located off I-​99 Exit 32, this motel has interior corridors and the room I stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a flatscreen TV (widescreen picture), mini fridge and microwave in the room. The wifi here in the room was good and fast being near the lobby. The free breakfast was decent, which had a variety of cold cereals, instant oatmeal, fresh fruit, Eggo waffles, packaged cinnamon rolls, milk, juice, coffee, and tea. Friendly staff here during my stay. The price was reasonable and I would stay here again.

My mistake accidentally booking room online, not noticing it was a smoking room. The clerk was not friendly and said no changing. So thought how bad could this be? Slept with window open and air blowing high. Felt like I smoked 2pks of smokes. Bathroom dirty, staff very rude and dingy room. Got what I paid for

Have 2 requirements One, clean. Two, Quiet! Oh, yeah, one more. No Smoking! All met with ease at this budget place, well worth the price. Breakfast selection was kind of weak, but you really do get what you pay for, and I am satisfied. Nice staff, and the TV was big for the room. Coffee and fridge provided, and no unidentified wild hairs in the bathroom. Clean, like I said. Would stay again.

One of the nicer Super 8s, and I generally find them to be pretty good for the price. Very clean, no smell, and the price was right on. Doors open to to interior hallway. Bonus: this dog-​friendly motel lets pets stay for free.
