Desmond was great. Thorough and careful in fixing the problem and did a great diagnostic to make sure I could avoid any unnecessary expenditures. Turned out the glass was actual coming loose from the phone. He secured it without having to replace it and only charged me the diagnostic fee. Soooo much better than having to buy a new iPhone.
Great little establishment they have there. While you’re getting your phone fixed you can check out the games the shop as to offer (he shares space with a board game shop and is a gamer as well). So, there’s fun stuff to check out while you wait.

My daughter took her Iphone 4 in as the headphone was stuck in the jack. The owner told her he could order a part and fix it. Now the camera and speakerphone don’t work at all. It was not clear if the fix caused the problem or an unknown prior issue. I want to commend Desmond for standing by his work and refunding my daughters money and a providing a courteous and professional response.
