Pizza Hut

If you use a credit/​debit card, check the amount that posts to your account. They added 5.00 to my bill without my authorization or permission. When I shared this with the company their district manager blew it off as a mistake. I think they need to stress credit card handling with their employees

This is the worst Pizza Hut in the world delivery takes forever and is most of the times cold. This Pizza Hut also never honors any of the national specials they advertise on TV. The prices are always super expensive avoid this place at all costs.

Last night ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks and said it was going to take over an hour to get delivered. Ok fine when they finally got delivered my husbands pizza hadn’t been cut and they sent me the wrong pizza. I ordered deep dish and I got hand tossed which I hate. The only reason I order Pizza Hut is for their deep dish pizza. So overall a fail. Sorry Pizza Hut

Order back on Sept 7, 2015, it was cold and it was nasty. I call back to tell them that i had to throw away 2 of pizza and reheat it. The lady told me that she’s sorry and the will give me $ 20.00 credit. That next time, I order will be better. I decided to go on September 19, 2015, to get it in person rather than having them to deliver it cold and nasty. The lady told me that there was no notes indicting my experience and the credit. I was so upset, that I will never order from pizza hut again.

Very unhappy with last night’s delivery… not only the pizza was cold but the delivery was 15mins late from the promised delivery time that was made online

Placed an order online, used future time because I didn’t need it right away. The first available time was 90 minutes, but ok. The pizza arrived and the driver forgot part of my order. He said he would go and get it from the store and would be back soon. When I opened the pizza box, I discovered that he brought me the wrong pizza too. I called the store hoping they would make it right, but they said to just eat the one we gave you and we will give you a future credit. I’m sorry, but I want the pizza that I ordered and I doubt that I will order from here again. The pizza they delivered wast even that good. This store has terrible food and worse customer service.

Since going to the Pizza Hut more I have experienced a few more problems along the way. One time there were 5 people waiting I was the first one on the board. Pizza was 10 minuets late. Another time I ordered for delivery it was suppose to be delivered by 1:15pm but didn’t arrive until 1:35pm. I was told I would get a $ 10 credit but I never got it.

When I realized Pizza Hut came back to Anaheim Hills I was so excited. I ordered a pizza at 8:30 pm and estimated delivery time was 9:15 which was fine by me. Pizza delivery guy arrived at 9:35 and apologizing that he got «a little lost» … still I wasn’t going to leave a negative review however my pizza was slightly warm-​ish. Cheese wasn’t even melted anymore :/​Also I ordered spinach on my pizza and it was just sitting on top of my pizza like a salad, not even cooked into my pizza even a little bit. (was falling off as I was trying to eat it) .
I usually don’t leave reviews on Unilocal however Pizza Hut completely disappointed

Ordered online at 2:30pm, they estimated delivery would be around 3:15pm. Needless to say, once again the delivery time missed the mark badly. My pizza and wings were promptly and expeditiously delivered at 4pm! They are 1.5 miles from my house! Perhaps I should have just ordered for pickup, but I’d really be disgruntled if I had arrived at the specified time only to find out I had to sit there and wait who knows how long. The only reason I continue to order from here, albeit an every-​so-​often occasion, is because I generally like their wings over their competitors offerings. The time before this, the driver forgot to bring all of my ordered items; last month they brought the wrong wing flavor. Maybe I’m just unlucky, or maybe management needs to reevaluate how this location is (under)performing.

Just found out they opened this Pizza Hut today and ordered from here. When I got here, they said I had to wait because they burned one of my pizzas. I asked them to maybe throw in some free wings because of their mistake and they agreed. Everything was done in a timely manner and have to say, I’ll be coming back.

I ordered on new years day, the waffle fries were stale and hard. They weren’t edible. So I threw them away.

I placed an order online late Halloween night. I wasn’t sure you that I had entered the right info so I called to confirm. The gentlemen that I spoke with was very friendly even at the late hours. He was very helpful and even threw in a free sauce for my confusion. Pizza was delivered fast, hot, and delicious!

When I first saw the sign that Pizza Hut was coming back to AH I was so disappointed since Porky’s is a few steps away, along with Dominoes and other unnecessary pizza spots that we don’t need in Anaheim Hills!
Now usually I order from the Orange location on Tustin Ave. which is a thousand times better even if it is farther, they still deliver my pizza on the actual time that is promised!
I ordered online and never have issues with their system except this particular location was out of their «Hand Tossed Crust» which is ironic since it’s their new signature pizza crust! I ended up ordering a medium instead of a large with 2 toppings.
When I finished checking out it stated I would get my order by 6:50PM, yes granted it was Super Bowl Sunday but it was towards the end of the game –_​_​– I didn’t get my 1 pizza until 7:30PM! I was starving and upset since the Orange location is always accurate and on time!
My pizza was cold and when you bit into the crust the pizza fell apart, this location is literally less than 10 minutes from my house and it was if as it was coming from another side of town!
I was very disappointed, in the time I waited I could have placed my order with Little Caesar’s in Orange and picked it up in the same amount of time if not sooner!
I don’t think I would order from this location, I’d stick to the Orange location or just go with what I know at Little Caesars! –_​_​–
