My wife and went in on Saturday evening and order some shakes, The girl pour the milk in to the blender and realizing she pour in too much milk pour the milk back into the container(now all that milk is cross contaminated, Then when she done making my wife’s she just tossed the empty blender in the sink(not in the clean or rinse but the sink that has sanitize solution in it) she then starts to make my milkshake with out rinsing out the blender I told her you not going to rinse that before you make mine, she didnt want too rinse it but I made her. she makes my shake and only fill’s the cup 2⁄3 of the way. Poor training.

Horrible service!!! The girl couldn’t make a shake or a sundae. And then she made me stand there and wait while she made sandwiches. Will never come back!

Open till 9 I believe, possibly 10 and is shared with the Togos. So service here is shared as well. Besides the service sometimes being slow or understaffed, the deals and ice cream is bomb! They offer free waffle cones on some days or with a double scoop and late night deals or whatnot. The ice cream is well baskin Robbins so that answers that on deliciousness. Nothing really too special, pretty typical ice cream shop. But Pretty solid and reliable. I had come in here last minute for a ice-cream cake here and they have plenty to choose from and in different sizes. They also wrote whatever I wanted on the cake and had it ready for me to come back to pick up same day and when it was convenient for me. Plus it is like one of the only ice cream places around or in the area, other than heading to Disneyland area or more into orange.

We had a taste for ice cream last night and thought we’d give this place a try. Right off the bat they lost a point because they share the location with Togos which I’ve already reviewed and given one star to. The employees also work both locations. First thing I noticed were all the finger prints on the glass while I was looking at the ice cream. Come on clean your glass occasionally. The back counter as well as the floors were also dirty. You might also wanna have your employees put on a new shirt maybe once a month or so. Do a little reading on product presentation sometime. At least the ice cream tasted good. Sorta hard to screw up putting a scoop into a cone.

I recently ordered an ice cream cake from this shop and was very pleased with the results. This particular location is shared with a Togo’s and the employees can cross service for either brand. When I stopped in, I asked for help with my ice cream cake order. They showed my examples in the freezer case and asked me how many people were going to eat the cake and after I told them they suggested a couple of different cakes. They then asked me about cake and ice cream flavors. I ended up ordering chocolate cake with chocolate chip ice cream. I asked them for a customized message on top of the cake and after they took my order, they asked about the best pick-up time. It was pretty painless in terms of ordering and the customer service was great. The following day, I came back to pick-up the cake. They had made a great cake with everything I had asked for and the message was correct and properly spelled out. When we all celebrated the event, everyone was pleased with the cake and enjoyed it immensely. The chocolate cake was good and went well with the tasty chocolate chip ice cream. The product is a little expensive, but well worth it considering how much it was enjoyed combined with great service and on-point execution. Recommended.

Come on man, it’s ice cream. It’s great for it’s price, nice variety of flavors, workers are also nice. Also, free scoop on your birthday? Yes please.

Woo hoo for 1 free scoop of ice cream on your bday! Boo for the almond chocolate flavor not being as yummy as I imagined. The almond gets hard with the cold! Still, freeeeeeeeeee!

The workers were all in the back and no one was watching the front. Then two came out and one just stared blankly while the other helped us. She was nice, though.

What could go wrong at a Baskin Robbins, right? That’s what I thought… I took my niece for ice cream and I was amazed… I could not believe that service at a freak’n Baskin Robbins could really kill the most fun-filled time I had with my niece. My niece is only 3 and I lifted her up to look at the different colors she could choose from and she chose a random flavor so I asked if I could let her have a taste and without a single smile or even a nod, she just bends down scoops and hands it to me! The funniest thing is that she had a «trainee» standing behind her! Of course, my niece did not like this strange flavor and asked for a pink one(sherbet) and when she asked me if I wanted a cup or cone, I turned around and asked my niece. And when I turned back around, she had this«hurry-up» look. So… I took my time… ^^ The next time I went and a young college girl helped me and I enjoyed my Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in a small sugar cone~ yum!

This Baskin Robbins/31 Flavors Ice Cream Shop is located close to Anaheim Stadium and the Honda Center. If I am at a event at either of those locations, it is great to know they are here. They also share the location with a TOGO’s Sandwich shop if you are trying to find them. Please understand my Unilocal review is souly based on $ 1 Scoop Tuesdays only… Baskin Robbins/31 Flavors Ice Cream for $ 0.99 per scoop on Tuesdays is a winner in my book! Please note also that it is only a kid’s size scoop, but stack the flavors and get multiple flavored scoops for yourselves — WAHOOO!!! Honestly though… I so do not understand how ice cream shops can charge $ 2.50+ for a single adult scoop of ice cream in a cup or cone. At any moment, Baskin Robbins/31 Flavors is a staple favorite ice cream shop for me. But with their normal price per scoop, their pricing makes me want to find a Thrifty Ice Cream Ice Cream shop at my local Rite Aid Stores… usually $ 1.50 for as many as two scoops. That is another Unilocal review… Four Unilocal Stars for the Baskin Robbins/31 Flavors Ice Cream shops that continue this $ 1 Scoop Tuesdays… I will still frequent their establishment. Also note… I really dunno if the $ 1 Scoop Tuesdays are only during the colder months. Maybe during the summer months, the special goes away. I will update my Unilocal review when I find out.
