I understand this is fast food but there is absolutely no excuse for the service I received today!!! My boyfriend and I waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru just for a salad which we didn’t even receive!!! We literally waited 20 minutes at the intercom for our order to be taken, then another 10 at the window before I eventually drove off. If it wasn’t for the LONG line of cars behind us and the LONG line of cars infront of us I would of drove off within waiting the first 10 minutes! Employees were even talking crap on their headsets while we herd through the intercom!!! Never will we come back here to be treated like this!!!

The worst service and prep of food. The employees need to be retrained on how to handle the drive thru service. They do not greet you, they take your money without and hand you food with very little acknowledgement. The burger buns are smashed and the lettuce is wayyyy too much and they leave the hard part of the leaf in there. Hopefully the manager makes some changes soon.

I will continue to write bad reviews for this place every time the woman manager tries to skimp me on ranch. I told them I would pay for the extra, but apparently she doesn’t care. What does an extra ranch cost anyways, like 50 cents? Don’t be cheap

I typically pass on Carl’s but this was a quick on the go trip. The food is what I expected, nothing to write home about. The 5 stars is strictly because of the service I received from Omar. Very attentive, speedy, accurate… Everything you would want in a fast food experience. Thanks for making me quick trip a pleasant one, Omar.

After eating a pretty good burger and fresh criss cut fries, I went to the bathroom to do my thang, and saw an employee use the bathroom and leave w/out washing their hands. That has to be illegal right?

I ordered three sandwiches and one order of chicken tenders through drive through, but I found out I only got two sandwiches when I got home. I called more than three times but nobody answered the phone call… Bad service

My only experience with this location is the drive thru. I can attest that it does move quickly which is great as I have definitely been stuck in the drive thru at many a Carl’s in the past. I must say, however, the outside of this location is very unique. Definite points for thinking outside the box on this one, Carl’s. It definitely doesn’t look like other locations which gives it some wonderful flair in a field of otherwise cookie-cutter fast food joints.

I had to try that big humungous bacon burger they had been advertising and man it had a lot of meat and bacon. it hit the spot especially after some heaving toking. It put me to sleep like a baby. I had a craving for one of those sea salt caramel malts, man they FAILED big time with that one. Who the heck wants to suck sea salt through a straw. I almost choked on one of the salt rocks when it shot down my throat. This location looks cool.

It’s Carl’s Jr. You know exactly what you are getting here. If anything, Carl’s Jr’s are consistent at delivering the same experience at any of their locations. The burgers are merely okay, but because they always offer coupon deals, you always spend less than at any other national burger chain. It is the value proposition that makes their formula successful. Still, far from my first choice for a good burger. This location is no better or worse than at any other location that I have been to in terms of service, execution, or facility. Can you say cookie cutter?

standard fast-food establishment. the visit was more of convenience than anything. food was meh. soda fountain was fine. service was cordial enough. at least the burgers are bigger than McDonald’s versions. fried zucchinis were kinda yucky though… i won’t order those from Carl’s again…

I stopped by before my(cancelled) CPR class at work for a coffee and a breakfast biscuit special(2 for $ 3 or someting). The guy ahead of me took the last of the coffee and didn’t bother to tell the cashier. You know the pump-type and when it’s empty it spatters all over the place? Yep… I’m usually that guy that gets the shaft, but anyhoo. So, I’m waiting for my order and the cashier brings another pump-thermos from the back. «There you go. You can put it right over there.» :blinks: «Uh, OK… I used to work in fast food, but I didn’t work here… I worked for a clown.» She didn’t get it. I put the pump-thermos coffee dispenser in the alloated area by the soda fountain, filled up and headed to the office. Good biscuit, sausage could’ve been cooked a little more(but I like my patty sausage well done), egg was nice and fluffy. Crap, I’m channelling Michael from«Master Chef UK».

I came in on my lunch break cuhz I need food fast and I waited 20 minutes for my meal. I know restaurants that could have turned me out faster. Bullshit service and they don’t care once you show you’ve been waiting . Just because you’re a franchise doesn’t mean ou can slack on customer service. I hope this place gets shut down

Hi, Yes, I am a fan in more descriptions in one… The location of this Carl’s Jr is perfect. It is right across from Angels Stadium! Since this stadium does not mind you bringing food and drink in from the outside, this Carl’s Jr is my go to stop before Angels games. You can get a super-sized combo meal for less than the cost of a soda in the stadium. Then, just carry it in with you and you a set without having to spend an arm and a leg! And the super-sized soda is usually enough to last you through a usual 9 inning baseball game! I am also a huge fan of the fact that Carl’s seems to be the kings of sending out coupons! We seem to get them once or twice a week. I mean how can you beat two Famous Star hamburgers for only $ 3.00! Finally, I am a fan of the soda fountain in this location. They have a large selection of soda choices as well as very good Ice Tea. All in all there is a lot to like about this Carl’s Jr and very little I can find as a negative. Definitely a place to put on your to do list before you go to Angel games! Enjoy

It’s Carl’s Jr. If you have been to one, then you have been to all of them. Having said that, this one is fine. It is across the street from McDonalds which is in front of Angel Stadium. Carl’s is surrounded by Togos/Baskin Robbins/Mexican food. The tables could of used a quick wipe down but overall weren’t that bad. Food was as expected and good. Service was what you would expect from most fast food places(not a lot of smiles, and more of «here’s your food») If you’re in a pinch its an option, but not your only option. If you have some extra cash and feel like a solid real dinner, across the way is «The Catch» or you could go east bound Katella, past«Honda Center» and find other restaurants such as Lazy Dogs Café.

We stopped to get food before the ducks game. What we noticed first is the stars coming out of the big star’s ass. It was pretty hilarious… Establishment was clean and in a big shopping center. We decided to place our orders via drive thru since we were in a hurry. I ordered the famous star combo and haven’t had CJs for over a year. The burger and onion rings were lukewarm. My friend wanted a side condiment and completely gave him the wrong one for his chicken strips. We needed something quick, and CJ’s provided it. That’s it…
