Loved this hotel, so comfortable and nice! Everything was clean and our suite was great! Loved the pillows! And loved their complimentary valet parking as well! Location-​wise it is very close to the convention center, so it was perfect walking distance for us (for NAMM). My only complaint is that at 11pm I called the front desk (tried 4 times within about 10 minutes) and nobody picked up. I needed a shower cap and ended up having to go downstairs to ask for it. They said the phone was ringing off the hook and the couldn’t take my call, which I think isn’t cool, since hotel guests should be a priority over outside calls. But all of the other staff members other earlier that day and the next day were amazing, especially Christy (not sure how to spell her name).

Perfect location! We recently stayed here with my family and got two suits next to each other and couldn’t have been happier. The hotel offers a lot especially for young ones. Basketball court, miniature golf, arcade, and huge pool. We did try the complementary breakfast which was surprisingly good! The rooms were very clean and overall made for a comfortable weekend getaway. We are usuals at the Disneyland hotel and planned this trip last minute which left us with little options considering how close to Christmas it was, but overall I’m glad we found this little gem. I would stay here again.

My wife, and our 11 month-​old daughter stayed here for two nights on our to visit Disneyland recently. The 2 queen bed – 1 bedroom we stayed in was fantastic and clean! The beds were so comfortable and the bedroom and living room was spacious. The rooms were very quiet and doors well-​made/​fitted as there was minimal to no light made its way around the front door or bedroom door to the living room where our daughter slept in her pack-​n-​play. The doors, floors, and beds didn’t creak especially when our daughter was asleep in the next room. We were able to check on her by opening the door to see her without waking her. The hotel staff is excellent! Staff provided excellent customer service and were so very friendly and considerate. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in assisting us purchase ART tickets and provided the convenience of charging them to our room. They handed me free toothpaste when I forgot mine. I (shocker) enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts and dinners! The dining staff are seriously to be commended – they took care of us on multiple days and even went out of their way to offer help to my wife while she and our daughter were dining in their super-​clean dining area (which is huge by the way). The extended fireplace and multiple flat-​screens gave the place a cozy yet modern feel. There was always water and coffee available, and after dinner – they brought out fresh baked cookies! Whenever we’re in this area, we will definitely be staying at this Homewood Suites Hotel and I personally recommend staying here for business trips, family trips, or even couples. This will also be our go-​to place for Disneyland from now on!

Perfect location. Right next to the Toy Story shuttle buses. Much easier to park there than to park in the normal parking structures and deal with the trams.
Rooms are big and cozy for families. Nice pool, basketball courts and other activities.
Free breakfast.
This will probably be our «to go spot» whenever we come to Disneyland.

This hotel is so awesome!!! Their rooms are so big with pull out beds and a kitchen. They even have a dishwasher in the hotel! Their TV service is Direct TV. So cool. I usually go to hotels with basic cable. They have a huge pool and a kiddie pool for little kids. Breakfast here is ok. Not many choices to pick from. And best location to go to Disneyland. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is beautiful! But employees are very unwelcoming. We asked for milk for a 2 year old and they flat out said no we don’t have any but they had a bunch of beer for sale.. They Didn’t offer to check the kitchen or anything. (Other places we’ve stayed at do have some.) Breakfast was alright. Not something to be excited about. Employees were very rude during breakfast time. & NOT ENOUGH PARKING! Very unsatisfied. The only reason they got stars is for the rooms and lobby area.

Stayed Thanksgiving week. Not unusual for new construction, they have a major ant problem. And we were on the fifth floor. The heat did not work because, according to maintenance, they neglected to connect the wiring from the thermostat to the heating unit. They put the wrong size fixtures in the toilet tank so we had to reach into the tank to get sufficient water every time we flushed. We had to switch rooms once and the second was no better. No one seemed to care. I tried to tell them several times to no avail. I have emailed twice via the Hilton Hhonors website with no response. Someday this may be a great property, but they have growing pains and need some experienced management.

Not prepared for a «grand opening». Nothing available to eat for breakfast. Also walls are poorly insulated so you hear the people on all sides of you along with all traffic in the hallways. I don’t recommend staying here!!!

Fabulous new resort in the Disneyland area. The rooms are large and perfect for families. They have kitchens with a full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave and fully stalked cabinets with dishes, pans, etc.
From our corner room we had a great view of the fireworks.
It is within easy walking distance to Disneyland and the convention center.
The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and went out of the way to make they stay great. We had to pack up and leave in the middle of the night to take out sick special needs son to the hospital and the staff helped us get out quickly and even refunded us for our unused night.
We have stayed at every Hilton brand hotel in the Disney area and this is our new favorite. Looking forward to our next stay.

This hotel was gorgeous inside and out, but the staff goes above and beyond. I came in at 1130 to see if I can check in early due to needing to go to a wedding and not only did they allow me to check in they gave me a complimentary upgrade due to my situation. The staff were so welcoming and the rooms were spacious. Thank you to this staff as they were one of the best. I stayed Nov 14 –15 and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone as it is 10 min away from angel stadium 5 from Disney and near many restaurants
