Little Caesar’s Pizza

Usually pretty happy with service but tonight the girl taking the order seemed like she was better than everyone else, had to wait for order. When I got home and bit into one of the overly peppered lemon pepper wings it was still raw. When I called and told them about it I got attitude and was told they were cooked according to the directions but if I want to bring them in they will give me another order. When I told the girl I couldn’t come back right now she said «well I font know what you want us to do» I called back to get Corp office # and Mgr was very nice offering me another order another day but I don’t want to take a chance of the same thing happening, so I declined. I’ll just call Corp office and make my complaint

Horrible service! Sorry but costumers first right? Wrong! The guy in the blue shirt (the ACE) which stands for Awesome Costumer Expert is definitely not fit to wear that. He was flirting the whole time with another crew member ignoring my presence and there was nobody else in the lobby! I didn’t want to wait after I had called in my order 15 mins before. No «Welcome to Little Caesar» nothing.

This place was packed but boy was everyone super friendly and they got those pizzas out FAST! I gave it a ⁴⁄₅ stars because hey it’s Little Caesar’s and I’m sorry but the pizza is always mediocre at best.

Horrible service… I went in to get 2 orders of deep dish sausage pizza… the girl in the front took my order… I paid. told me it was going to be about 7 – 10 min wait… everyone came after went. in/​out and I’m waiting and waiting. 30 minutes past n still no pizza, long story short the girl had my order all wrong… instead of deep dish they gave the regular pizza. n I paid 15 bucks. so I went up and asked where my Pizza was. handed me wrong order. told me if I wanted the deep dish I had to wait another 10 mins. told her no. ill take what they had already made. n to give me back difference of what I paid… so they did… than the dumb girl. hands me the pizza n i walk out. and it happen to be the wrong Pizza so I had to walk back in there and told them this not what I ordered. and finally they got it right… horrible horrible service. no discount. or saying sorry about all the mix up we’ll compensate your order. never going back there again…

Horrible service. Waited for over 20 min just to find out they hadn’t even started my order when I asked them how much longer. The pizza is to par but they don’t have the coverage the business needs or the proper customer service training. Some of the girls are snotty and rude.

I had the best experience that I’ve ever had at any other little Caesars location. The guy at the register David was so friendly and made me feel so welcomed. He kept a smile on his face the entire time and was so polite. Usually at any other one of these locations the person at the register is rude, has an attitude or gets my order wrong. This was by far the best customer service I’ve experienced! Always ask for David if you want someone with a preppy friendly attitude to take your order. Wish they allowed me to tip him, he deserved it!

Always get the worst customer service at this location. Called ahead for a three topping pizza and was handed off to three different people before taking my order. Arrived and a group of five women were just talking at the front desk. We got no greeting and instead got a look of annoyance from them. When i approached one of them to pay she didn’t even listen to what i had to say and just pointed me to the far register where there was no one standing. I tell them that i am picking up for jackie and a girl looks at me and says … «Do you mean Jacqueline?» And i repeat that the order is for jackie. And she says again …” For jacqueline…” She asks us what pizza we ordered and hands us a box that was sitting on the side counter. She takes my card, slides it then hands me my receipt and turns around. No «thank you» or «come again». I get attitude from the girls here ALL the time and always tell myself that i will NEVER come back. Sadly, this is the closest pizza place to my home. To top it all off, my sister and i get home and open the pizza box and it looks as if it has been sitting there for a long time. One slice of pizza barely had any cheese at all! Safe to say, this little caesars has lost my business. I will NEVER come back to this location. If you like walking into a hostile and unwelcoming business, this is the place for you. If i could give this place zero stars i would.

The last couple times I went in to get a hot and ready pizza, they asked me to wait 10 minutes. And there is always a long line ahead of me wait as well. Last time I just walked out and left. Parking sucks too.

Good service. Very friendly and pizza was fresh out of the oven and very very tasty. Not too sure what people are expecting for $ 5 to give a bad review but this place is very good

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! employees just chatting away forgot to even put in my order ridiculous. line was super long omg I’m sorry I don’t complain much about people I’m a patient person but they just pissed me off. Ignored me as well when I tried to bring it up how long i waited they ran to the back. Who ever runs that spot should be aware of what going on. So lucky I’m not putting these girls on the spot.

Great pizza and wings. The employees are super friendly and it is very family oriented. Ate the whole pizza when I got home. $ 8.00 supreme pizza with $ 6.00 wings. They take credit cards. :)

Ten things you can do with a Little Caesar’s Pizza besides eat it because you’re poor and desperate for something that’s not Top Ramen:
1. Use it for a smashing game of Frisbee golf.
2. Wait a week and use it as a large novelty coaster.
3. Take it to a toxic sludge filled pond inhabited with turtles. Try to lure them out with it and teach them martial arts.
4. Win a blue ribbon in the 8^th grade science fair: «Little Caesar’s or a Big Mac: Which Molds First?»
5. Buy hundreds of them for $ 5 until you find one that sort of looks like Jesus. Sell it for thousands.
6. Give it to a hipster to use as a life raft on his vintage catamaran.
7. Make your elementary school student the coolest kid in class by having him bring enough for everyone. 3^rd graders have low standards.
8. Skeet shooting.
9. Use it as a shim to balance your table.
10. Save it for the apocalypse. Like Twinkies, it will still be good.

Little Caesar’s is good for those times you’re looking for something fast and cheap to eat. I like how you can feed a family of four or five with only $ 10 if you go to Little Caesar’s. The hot and ready pizza are okay. They are nothing special just a quick pizza place that offers amazing prices.

Good pizza for an affordable price. I go in and get the special which is a medium one topping pizza for only five bucks. Service is great and speedy.

I think I can count on my fingers the number I’ve times I’ve gone here and actually received pizza that was fresh right out of the oven. However, the pizza’s still pretty good for the price. This place is like a minute away from my house so it’s awfully convenient.
Also, not the most ghetto area of Anaheim. I’m a young girl and willing to go here at night — it’s not that bad.

It’s a great place! great atmosphere… not ghetto-​ish at all.

Driving home we decided on pizza. This was a quick and easy location and the pizza was hot, they cooked our special order correctly and everything was good except the customer service was okay. We like the Italian cheese bread.
