I’m thinking about buying a house and signed up for a homechoice class that toook me through all the nuances for loans, mortgage insurance, pros and cons, etc… The instructor, Michelle, is very affable and easy to talk to, though she does like to run on with her own stories. But isn’t the sweetest sound that of our own voice?
There are many free seminars and information centers here that can help a home buyer make the most informed choice concerning the biggest purchase of their lives. Highly recommend. This class is 8 hours long and you receive a certificate after completion that can help with your points for loan options and benefits. Check ‘em out.
