Buffalo Wild Wings

Had dinner there this evening. My only complaints pertain to the food quality. Overall the mozzarella sticks were good and the chicken wings were «not bad»
A few of them were crunchy where they are not suppose to be. I also feel the sauce is to gloppy.
I like when the sauce is almost painted on if you understand what I mean. These wings have blobs of sauce on them that gets all over you… like George Castansa eating ice cream!
My waitress dropped a few wings and they replaced them 2 to 1.

It’s bdubbs. We were here for a quick lunch during my husband’s lunch hour. They have a pretty decent lunch menu with two items and a drink for under $ 9, served in 15 minutes or the next one is free.
They were at about 16:30 and the waitress brought back two vouchers for our next meal. I guess they really mean 15 minutes or less!
The food was hot and spicy. I got the mini tacos and the Mr got a buffalito and fries. Nice, friendly, and quick service got us in, fed, and out in under 45 minutes. Plus they have lunch punch cards where you get a punch for every $ 5 spent. Fill up the card, and you get $ 5 off your next visit.
We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed this place until this visit. Sadly, their prices have gone up so much it doesn’t make for a great place to take a family, even for lunch.
Their boneless deal on Mondays and Thursday’s isn’t really a deal anymore, 70 cents per wing basically takes a buck or two off their normal price. Not really a reason to go anymore. $ 39.00 for lunch for 2 with tip and a few leftovers was outrageous.
Today was especially disappointing as they were out of many items! No soup, no Caesar dressing, no pepper jack cheese, or maybe it was just everything we were asking for.
We will likely not return.

Tried calling three separate times to place an order and never got through to talk to anyone. Went in and asked what their number was in case I had it wrong. They just weren’t answering their phones for some reason. Was told it would be an hour wait to get wings so I just left. So frustrating. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and usually have good service but this was the worst experience Ive had with them.

Last time I was here, I was disappointed with the boneless wings I received but since this a very popular place, my friends and I decided to come here before we left to go on our trip. I ordered the usual, and was very satisfied. My friends enjoyed their food, and I recommend the pretzels appetizer! Our waitress was very friendly, and our drinks came out quick but we didn’t receive drink refills.

The food is good here but the staff need some work. Very slow and come off quite rude whether it be the hostess or the waiter/​waitress.

On Dec. 10, 2015 I sent an email message requesting a reservation for an informal group of about 30 people for Dec. 17 from 2−6pm, and requested contact from the manager of the BWW on Boardwalk in Ann Arbor, MI. I left my email address and phone number. I received this reply:
Thanks for your feedback. Our Guest Relations team will review your comments and respond in timely manner.
I was not contacted again, so I called the restaurant early on Dec. 15 to let them know our group would be coming in and out between 2−6pm on Dec. 17, 2015 as mentioned in the email. The female manager with whom I spoke said it would be crowded, but it would be fine. That evening, about 8 hours later, I received a call from a male manager who told me that there would NOT be room for our group and that they would NOT be able to accommodate us.
UPDATE:
I received a call early the next day and an apology. It turned out they had booked us already and our group was expected. Be sure to reconfirm if you ever try to make a reservation for an event at BWW, and do not try to do it on line. Here’s hoping the gathering will go well tomorrow!

Have often come to this BWW to play Golden tee and have a couple of drinks and was always greeted with a friendly smile and service. However, tonight was the complete opposite experience. My husband and I played Golden Tee and were never once approahed. Then I went to the bar and waited for about 5 minutes for a bartender as there was NO ONE behind the bar. When the bartender finally came back she had her phone in her hand. It took another 3 minutes for her to acknowledge me. I have never experienced service so bad. There was another server who continually looked at us, but never ONCE did she acknowledge us either. Needless to say this is the last time we will come to this BWW. We are currently on our way to the one in Ypsilanti.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings– always a good place to go for a great bar food meal. This one is no different from any other location I’ve been to, so no complaints!

Well this place also live upto it’s chain name, server walk us through our seat and lost for next 15 mins, so once she is back, pretty detailed in taking orders for food and drinks
We ordered plater with wings and they are awesome as usual, but this place usually gets noisy but I guess that’s the ambience of the place so you come here to sit in such environment so can’t complain about it.

We checked in this restaurant and they listed us on the no wait app. After this checking in, I got a message saying that we can check our status online. Then we went home and continuously checking their app in order to determine when we should leave home and go back to the restaurant. When the app said there are 5 parties ahead of us. They send me a text message said our table is ready, and we called them to figure out what happened. They told us that our table is not open anymore.
The manager Josh told us that because we left, so there is no table for us.
When we ask if this app is useless, why you told us to check our status online in the text message they send us. He said this is a third party app, is not related to BWW. No matter how the app says, they are the boss.
For all the restaurant I went, from dollar priced restaurant to michelin 3 star restaurant. This restaurant is among the worst. Their employee are totally lack of training and their table management is simply terrible. What a shame.
After 15min phone holding, he told me that if we get back to his store again, he will put us back to the wait list. What a joke.
If this hilarious restaurant can liquidate my gift card. I prefer not visit any BWW anymore.

Waitress was really nice and helpful. We were sat quickly and the Michigan game was on. Jack and cokes were decent. Would come back to this location.

It’s a Buffalo Wild Wings and like most Buffalo Wild Wings there are certain things you can count on: the wings you like at the BDubs in Charlotte are going to taste like the same ones here, there’s trivia (TRIVIAAAAAAAAAH!), annoying college kids, fairly quick service, bathrooms that have a slight sketchiness about them, especially late on weekend evenings…
This location is pretty standard although can be tricky to get to if you’ve never been/don’t know the area. And while I’m not a huge fan of chains I do like that they have a pretty good beer selection and 24 hour trivia (the electronic kind). I like trivia. Probably too much.
I prefer the BDubs downtown (State Street and… Liberty? No, Washington? I think Washington) but if they are packed or if it’s a home game day this is a suitable second choice. The only real gripe I have is that it seems to have a standard layer of grime. Like it could use a wipe down, sweeping, vacuuming besides just after close. There are always crumbs and sticky spots and things on the floor… I don’t know. Just a little grungy. Like they don’t really care because they know they’re the only BDubs on this side of town and people who are going to go are going to go anyway.

I watched Game 2 of the NBA finals over a medium order of wings plus Cole slaw and buffalo chips.
I very badly wanted to order a beer but that would mess up my heart meds so I had an unsweetened ice tea to drink.
My server was very attentive; never allowing the ice tea to empty before refilling it. That touch was very much appreciated!
I got so full that I did not have room for chocolate cake which is my favorite!
I will definitely be back for more tasty wings and basketball action!

Good food and pretty consistent. The manage to staff is on top of things, which is rare for a place like this.

I was at this Buffalo Wild Wings the early morning of 4÷10÷2015. The bartender was one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. I have lived in Chicago and New York City and I have never dealt with a worse bartender in my life. Me and my friends tried to order a couple of drinks before the bar closed, and she was in her right to turn us down, but instead she aggressively threatened to kick us out, and encouraged patrons to attack us since we were ordering drinks so late. Along with my company I have given this Buffalo Wild Wings a lot of business in the past, and yet we were treated like thugs. I would recommend never patronizing this location, and going to the location on State St. where they respect their customers.

Standard issue B-​dubs here. Expect the same quality of food when here or the one in Florida. This place seemed to be out of a lot beers, had to order three before I got a «yes». Also, the hostess seemed a little off put by us wanting a seat in the bar and not the main dining area, but there were a butt load of kids and we may or may not have been struggling from the previous night in downtown Ann Arbor.
Overall, its a Buffalo Wild Wings. Ill swing in when I want a good beer and some wings.

Since both me and my husband were on that side of Ann Arbor, we decided to meet for dinner. It was a Friday. It was 6 pm. It was PACKED! Standing room only. I’m not sure if it was because there was a party in one of the rooms or it’s like that every Friday, but I was shocked. They have a paging system, so I grabbed a pager and waited about 10 minutes until our seats were ready.
The waitress came and took our drink orders. They have a full bar and a lot of cocktail ideas… My husband and I both got a pinot grigio. In regards to food, my husband had a hamburger and said it was pretty good. I got the chicken tender meal with the spicy garlic sauce. The sauce was ok. I don’t think Id get it again, but the nice thing about BWW is that they have a variety of sauce flavors to choose from. The tenders came with fries, which were tasty.
Overall, the meal was pretty good. Nothing overly fantastic. If you happen to be close to campus or the mall, it’s a good place to stop!

Do you like traditional hot wings? Then you’ll like BWW. This is a large restaurant with lots of seating options. There’s even a large covered patio (but the music is too loud for my liking out there). Service isn’t bad, though it definitely isn’t fine dining (from our table, I had a great view of the hostess, who spent most of our meal on her phone). Hot sauce. Blue cheese. Ranch dressing. Celery. Cold beer. Cheap kids meals. Lots of wet wipes. Hit the spot.

I like what they done with the former Damon’s place… the place is big, open, lots of TV’s for sports and other shows and love the outdoor seating area…
As for the foods goes, it’s the same… I did love their fried cheese curd… the saltiness of the cheese and it being fried, it just goes well together.
The wings were decent… granted found too many over fried wings in our order… we also ordered boneless blazin wings, but ended up with traditional… the lady who brought it out said «its says traditional on the order» and walked away… then about 10 minutes later, our waitress came by and said the boneless would be coming out soon…
The service was okay… but the overcooked chicken wings threw me off on this visit… I just hope this was one night off kind of day… hopefully, they will live up to their name on my next visit.
