I have been a customer for over 10 years at 2 locations. I like that they know me by name and have my order pulled up as I come in the store. Cleaning is good and if I’m not satisfied, which is rare, they redo it at no cost. The location is convenient and the manager works hard to ensure customer satisfaction.

TERRIBLE! This place does bad work. The quality of the dry cleaning is poor and they are totally overpriced, especially in light of the poor quality of work. The owner is never around and the manager is only there sometimes – and it shows!(No one cares about the quality of their work). Also they steal things from you– Of the 10 shirts I had dry cleaned, eight of them were missing their shirt collar stays. This is not uncommon among the dry cleaners, however when I asked them about this they stated that«we are not responsible for that» but, conveniently they offered to sell me a pack of shirt collar states — must be nice to take something from a customer and then sell it back to them. Every other drycleaner I have ever been to gave me shirt collar stays for free. This place stinks do not spend your money here!!!

Not only did they put holes in my new dress shirt they also lost it. I also never got a check for the damaged shirt. Do not shop here.

Rude, aggressive, incompetent. Shirt came back dirtier than it went in. Unhelpful staff person refused to give me his name. Seriously, the shirt came in without a stain, and it came back with a stain and little hairs all over it. Pathetic. Will never EVER step foot in here again. Stay away!

I have been a customer at this facility for some time. Twice they have ruined some clothing of mine and will not take blame. The first time was a winter coat and it was new which I let slide. They blamed it on the dry cleaning label inside the coat. Last month was a cashmere sweater and a costly one. They pulled it from the bag with a large rip in the back and not repairable. I called the owner of the business to be reimbursed and he was unwilling to take any blame. He would not pay me for his businesses damage to my favorite sweater. He was very rude to me. Never use this dry cleaner if you love your clothes.

It is ok. Very pricey. Suits not pressed well, in fact, there were creases where no crease was before. Will certainly look for another provider.

I have used this particular On-Hour Martinizing routinely for the past year. My typical weekly visit consists of laundering/pressing a handful of men’s shirts and the occasional lady’s blouse. The positive: this place is very convenient since I live on the north side of town. The not-so-positive: 1. The prices are not that great. $ 2.25 for a men’s shirt and $ 4 for a lady’s blouse is not very good. If you want a better price, you have to buy their ‘rewards card’. 2. The quality of service is shoddy at best. In the past year, I’ve had to return at least a half dozen shirts because they were still dirty after I picked them up from the cleaners. When I have brought in shirts with heavy soiling(e.g., oil/grease), they pretreat, but this seems to do nothing. They have always offered to rewash/press, but this has been ineffective. Additionally, I ended up having to trash one shirt because someone’s bandage made it’s way into my shirt pocket during their wash cycle, and was subsequently pressed into the fabric. Gross.
