North Country Vista

My husband and I have lived here almost a year now and I have read another review that said it wasn’t a good place to live, that in my opinion is wrong, the staff is friendly and the place is always clean no unwanted people hanging around, the neighbors keep to themselves and are friendly when we do talk, it’s always quiet. These are the best apartments I have lived in.

I don’t know anything about this other review on here but it seems awful suspicious to me… never the renter. always the management and believe me I’ve lived where there’s been terrible management. .where you’re just an apartment # and rent is all they care about and try to put off anything that might need to be fixed.
This complex is nothing like that… I have lived here since February of this year. my husband and I moved here from Utah, on line no less for his work. Site unseen we were concerned that we might have to move right after the lease was up. well we did, into a different apartment, Same complex. This place is great. Driving down Watt Avenue after getting off freeway from Utah we started to get concerned. Then we pulled in here and what a pleasant surprise. Trees were every where and it just seemed quiet. What a relief. We were very happy with the apartment, it’s back actually overlooked a nature conservatory. Very pretty. They paint one accent wall for you for free. I picked my wall had it done and hated it. not a problem. They fixed what I wanted… back to natural… Spring here with all the trees was very pretty. Summer also. very quiet… great neighbors… no problems. When lease was up we moved into a bigger apartment and love it even more. I will call this «home» for awhile.
BTW. The manager Doretta and office girl Rachel are sooo super nice. They actually add to why we like it here so much… I was extremely impressed with the way they handled a water problem I just recently had… which inspired me to write this review now… It was within 45 minutes of my phone call to the office that maintenance and carpet guys were here. Pulled out carpet that was already pretty new. left blower to dry out… this was all on a Friday evening. Roofers here Monday. .all fixed. Other places I know would have said someone will b there Monday and just sucked the water and called it good. Each case is different and their call on this was in the best interest for me. not their bank account. I know this is pretty long but in short… I really like this place! !!
