Plumas Lake, CA
Came in at 10:15 this afternoon. Had 4 guys at the counter but none of them were logged in to registers or ready to work. They all seemed to disappear. I gave this rating 4 stars for one exceptional employee. Annie who was working the drive thru helped me out. She came over to the counter, completed my order, made the food and then gave it to me when it was ready. Kudos to her for doing an exceptional job. Managers, please show recognition for a job well done…

Went in today for a change of pace for lunch and left before ordering, the smell was so bad I couldn’t imagine buying food there much less eating. The floor was filthy and looked and smelled like it was moped with week old dirty water. The kitchen area did appear clean but not going to take my chance given the dining area.

Husband picked up dinner from here tonight. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the 8 piece box. The pieces were so small it looked like a quail. The entire box, including the box, only weighed 1 lb 6 oz! On top of that the breast were so dry they had to be steamed to rehydrate them. This place is definitely cutting corners… off the chicken!

Much better. Hubby went and picked up KFC again tonight. He checked this time before he left and the biscuits were hockey pucks again and asked for better ones but besides that the chicken was good, Tatars were good, slaw was cold, they didn’t have honey but we had some. Much much better this time thank goodness. Will go back again, just have to keep checking before we leave.

not a big fan, I rarely go to KFC because they don’t carry Coke products… but it’s a change from the normal burger joint. but how does a business run out of salt?
