Apex AutoWorks

Apex Autoworks is awesome. I’ve taken my cars here for things like a new alternator, water pump and timing belt, I’ve always been pleased with their communication, quality work, fair prices and especially their honesty (including the fact they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need) I am very glad I found Apex Autoworks.

I can’t really say much about the quality of their service on a vehicle, but their customer service could improve. I called 6 days ago asking for a rough estimate for a standard service on a Jeep. After giving my information, I was told they’d need to call me back after lunch. Totally fair. We all get hungry. But here we are nearly a week later, and no call. I was calling a couple of places to compare prices, and their competitor also said they’d need a few minutes, but lo and behold, I got a call back in 10 – 15 minutes with details of the standard services and estimates for each service.
Two stars because at least they were polite on the phone. Maybe they are too busy to fit me in on the same day, but that doesn’t mean you can’t spend 5 minutes to return a phone call of a potential new customer.
