Had a windshield ding repaired as part of my wife’s business concierge service agreement they have with Lube Runner. Worse $ 40 ever spent as the repair looks like my kid did it. This by no means reflects on their oil change service as I have not experienced it and Lou seemed like a swell guy. But the repair seriously looks just as bad if not worse. I’ve seen repairs that you can hardly see. This looks like some model glue was squeezed on to it and that’s it. Unfortunately I’ve been told that once a repair is done it cannot be corrected.

Lou is the best. He is prompt, polite, personable, and most importantly knowledable. He has saved me so much money by checking my engine and tires after he changes the oil. I trust Lou’s advice completely. Having him come to my home for the same or less cost as other places is great. Our whole family uses Lou and has for years.
