i have rented from sharp properties for over 11 years. sharp property manager peg is both genuine, business like and understands the needs of someone renting who may be having a problem, no matter how big or how small, she encourages you (in fact it’s in the contract) to let her know immediately. through the years, every time i have needed help whether it be immediate plumbing needs, or critter problems, she sends someone out, immediately, as in the day you call.
peg is not only very professional about her rentals but she is fair. i have really never encountered someone who genuinely understands the area, the resources needed, the contacts necessary to make everything run so smoothly. kudos to sharp properties. good property are hard to find. finding peg is landing a gold mine.

Sharp Properties is a great Property Manager. We love renting from Peg and have moved a couple times but always with Sharp Properties. They are professional and treat their tenants with respect. I can always expect prompt solutions to any problems and always feel my best interest is being represented by Sharp. Way to Go!
