Disclaimer: This review is for the ISP. How is it possible that I cannot upgrade to anything higher than 3mbps in the second largest metro area in the United States of America? I’ll tell you how, AT&T makes it possible. Apparently the lines in our area aren’t even up to third world bandwidth standards. I swear I am not kidding, the representative said that the next upgrade will allow for 6mbps in our area, IN2016. Yes, i am currently paying $ 41 a month for speeds that are slower than the average in the African country of Gabon.

We have been to this business several times over the past two years, & were extremely satisfied with excellent customer service by Mike & Johnny. Unfortunately, they are no longer at this site. However, I understand they were promoted elsewhere, to positions which they highly deserve. We have been back twice in the last nine months, & very disappointed with poor customer service. On both occasions, the employee, Ariel, was unpleasant, rude & not helpful — -so different from the service we came to know & enjoy from Mike & Johnny. It was clear Ariel did not care about her job performance or her customers. We will not return again. We now go to the AT&T store on E. Foothill Blvd. in Pasadena, where we have experienced very good customer service!

AT&T internet service provider has got to be the most dysfunctional company out there. I’ve concluded, the bigger they are the more bureaucratic. My bills are always paid on time and my service was working fine but on Thursday, December 11, 2014 I came home and found my phone line and internet were dead! After going through the rigmarole of calling their repair service they told me that this was due to an open ticket on an earlier call that had not been closed by them. Their technician came out and found an issue with a cable so he disconnected it. However, the replacement would take up to ten business days. They told me a technician would come out to restore service on the following Wednesday, December 17, 2014. That meant one week with no service. ATT wanted me to wait all day Wednesday for the field technician to arrive. From an earlier experience in the same month, the field technician never arrived and I got a text telling me they rescheduled the visit to the following Monday before 5pm. Well the following Sunday afternoon I got a call on my land-line from an ATT field technician informing me he had reconnected my service and was closing the ticket. He mentioned he was actually working on another line right next to mine when he just happen to notice that my cable had been inadvertently disconnected. They deliberately disconnected my home internet and telephone service for no reason at all. Summary: An AT&T field technician wasn’t paying attention and disconnected my line. AT&T never could figure it out, told me they couldn’t restore it for a week but then accidentally found the mistake. This is the reason my mobile service is with Verizon and not AT&T. Verizon has the best customer service, rates, and they have not attempted to raise my billing like AT&T does every 6 – 12 months. I would have switched to Verizon but they don’t offer landline service in my area. It’s amazing that being the largest communication company in America AT&T can’t even communicate with itself or it’s customers. September 2015 — Review Update AT&T has been very persistent on calling me at home in the evenings within the last month. The reason they call is to sell me something. Their opening line is, «This is AT&T on a recorded line how are you?» First of all AT&T, do not call me on a recorded line. Do you not have any manners? I keep telling them I am on the ‘Do not call list’, that their call is unwelcome and in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act with regards to unsolicited calls. They have told me they would take me off the list but it would take 30 days. Fair enough! The next evening I get another call from these sales people telling me I’m on a recorded line.

Went in for a phone upgrade at this store since it’s near my work, was being helped by Ariel. As she pulled up my account and let me know the phone I wanted was not in stock and had to be special ordered, I asked her to cancel the process and upgrade as there was a store by my residence which had the phone in stock. Keep in mind I have not given her my credit card or any payment method. As I was explaining that I’d rather go to the store near my house, she told me I couldn’t leave until this is ordered and my account would be in limbo until she called management and had it cancelled then asked if I wanted to write down my credit card number on a post it for her to add after I had left. Really? I declined and apologized but asked her to do whatever must be done to cancel the process. Later that night I went to another AT&T store which did not allow me to upgrade because there was a pending charge on my account which Ariel never cancelled like she said she would. She was extremely unprofessional when I dealt with her in person and the fact that there was a pending charge was utterly ridiculous. Next day I called this AT&T store and a woman by the name of Taylor was able to help me and was a delight to work with. She also let me know that she’d have to call management to cancel the order and it would be done same day. I highly recommend asking for Taylor’s help as Ariel could not be trusted and is extremely unprofessional and does not care about customers. Go Taylor.

not so sure… I called and asked if his shop gives the same pricing as the ATT store in Old Town. He said yes. I asked how much for a SIM card. He said it was a nominal charge. I then called ATT in Old Town and they said SIM cards are free of charge. You have to be careful with these guys. They are in it for a profit but when they say it’s the same as the other shop… and it’s not, then it’s a shady deal.

If you need to get your cracked iPhone screen fixed — head here! I dropped it off and it was done within the 2 hour estimated time window. I left it with Mike and knew it was in good hands. It came back as good as new, and I would recommend the place to anyone. My ONLY regret was not seeing the coupon on Unilocal before I took it to get fixed. Gah!

Just Had two iPhone 4’s that needed to be unlocked and my daughter was able to contact Louis after two days of online research. We drove all the way from Valencia on a Friday afternoon, got to the shop half an hour before closing. We were told it would take maybe 30 minutes. Louis worked on the phones past his closing time and without a hitch!!! The fee was very reasonable. Love the service!!!

This place is great! I dropped my iphone 3GS and cracked the screen. I was referred by my local AT&T dealer, and they fixed the screen in less than an hour for $ 70. The place was clean and the staff was professional. I would recommend everyone to come here.

Needed a new battery for a blackberry 8310 today, before heading out on a trip. AT&T didn’t have one, Radio Shack was useless, and Best Buy wanted to sell me another F-ing phone instead. After a bit of chatting with a guy in the AT&T store they pointed me to this place. Not only did they have the battery but they had almost any accessory that I might need for either of my phones. They also do repairs… so when you drop your iPhone and crack it, they can hook you up.(You hope).
