The absolute worst! I refuse to give this sorry company any stars. So please consider the star you see as a negative.
This company was contacted for roadside service to tow my car to the dealership.
I was told they would arrive within the hour. When Audi called me back and found out I was still waiting on them, they call the company and was told they would arrive in 15 minutes. This would make the wait @1 ½ hours.
After 2 hours, I contacted company and they said they were stuck in traffic and it would be about 15 minutes more.
After 3 ½ hours I contacted the company and placed on hold, the guy returned and said the truck was right down the street and would be here momentarily.
As soon as I hung up the phone, it rang again and the guy said their truck broke down. Really? I mean really? He told me to call my roadside service again to get someone else.
UNBELIEVABLE!!!
