Burger King

I ordered my food in the fast food drive thru and when I went to distribute my food to my kids at the next stop I was missing food… I get mistakes, the problem is I’m trying to call to have them fix it and it rang for 5 minutes with no answer.

The lady in the drive thru was really sweet, ill give it that but as for the food. i ordered 9 chicken fries, i got 6. A large fry & a small fry for my little brother. Both undercooked and cold. had to warm them up when i got home. Nasty place. and i love burger-​king. ive worked in fast food, it takes less than 3 minutes to make fresh fries. For how long i waited they shouldve been fresh.

No taste or flavor cardboard. Does not taste like meat.
Left with a bad taste in my mouth. Food that was once good has been franchised to death. I was grossed out.
Even for the chicken fries i requested buffalo sauce the gave me sweet n sour so no consideration for how i like me food.
Just crapy service.

Worst. Corporate needs to handle up on this joint. Its a matter of time everyone here is going to lose their job.

I went one night and ordered a whopper and chicken nugget meal with a drink. I paid full at the first window, pulled up to the second window and my conversation goes like this:
Man: Uhh sorry we just gave your food to the car in front of you.
Me: that’s okay, I can wait a few extra minutes no worries.
Man: No we gave your food away already, I’m sorry, can we give you a drink?
Me: Uhmmmmm No I want the $ 10 of food I already paid for.
Man: I’m sorry we can’t make anymore we just gave it away.
I shared this on Twitter and Burger King gave me 1 free single cheese burger. No refund, didn’t fix it. These people expect $ 15 per hour. Pathetic.

As soon as we walked into the play area I noticed how dirty the floor and the tables were. Out of 9 tables only 1 was being occupied however the rest were covered in food and filthy. The floor had ketchup and food scattered on it. My family and I didnt have a place to sit and we came here mainly because they could play and eat. I nicely asked the manager for a towel so i could clean a table off for us. She said something in spanish to another employee and now Im still here…18 minutes into being here and they still arent clean. I grabbed some napkins and wet them with the water in the soda fountain and wiped down 2 tablea and chairs for us to eat. I wont come back here. I will go to chick fil a next time.

worst management ever messed up on my order and I showed her my order and all she can say is oh. really oh?! I said never mind I order 2 order 10 nuggets and they short me and gave me 6 in one bag and a 10 in another and they can’t even say sorry or try to fix it… so who ever goes here watch your order they mess it up or short you. Bad managers need to be retrained.

I was less than impressed with this Burger King. I met a friend here because it was half way between where we both live. We waited at least five minutes before even being acknowledged by an employee. The drive thru is clearly their first priority. Finally a lady came up to take our order, but then it took a while for the food to be ready. There was only two other customers in the whole place, & their food took a long time too. The food was okay. I was disappointed by the chicken fries. They weren’t as good as I remembered. After eating dinner, my friend went up to buy an apple pie and had to wait another few minutes before being noticed. Either they were understaffed or clearly don’t care about the customers dining in. Don’t know if I will return to this Burger King.

I went with my children four times throughout this summer to get the .50 ice cream cone and every time the machine was «broken.» False advertisement and poor customer service.

Food was good, restaurant was clean & the service was fast & polite.
