Wendy’s

I have read some of the reviews on this location and it seems like a lot of people have had bad experiences. Lucky for me no big issues to report. Just like all the other fast food places, always check your food on a to go order. For some reason they always forget to put something in there. Do not forget to ask for ketchup or salt/​pepper.
The other day I got home and there was no ketchup for my fries. Well Wendy’s doesn’t put any in your bag unless you ask for it.
The food is average and the service is where it needs to be to go with the food– just average. I know it’s just a fast food place so what should I expect. Well good service and good food? Maybe.
They are open late enough for me to get a bite and for me it is more about the memories than the food that keeps me coming back.

Very clumsy with orders … Never give me exactly what I ask for … And it’s all the places around … Step up your game Wendy’s !!!

I go for the salads, potatoes, & frosties. Burgers here are gross. They are usually fast, sometimes nice. Side salads are cheap, but don’t taste cheap. I think Wendy’s salads are the best fast food chain salads I’ve had.

I’m a fan of Wendy’s overall, especially compared to other fast food chains. But this location has to be the worse.
After a long and hot day with my kids we decided to grab some quick frosties. The 1^st thing I see when coming through the doors was a spilt drink with food in it and flies circulating around in a somewhat warm and humid dining area. Didn’t think too much of it, figured it might have JUST happened and they hadn’t got around to cleaning it. Of course there was only one other family in the whole dining area and plenty of people behind the counter. After me and my daughter stepped over the fermenting sewage we waiting behind the other family, who’s order was promptly taken. After stepping up to the register, the cashier turned and started preparing the other families meal. No big deal. But after she completed their order, she turned around again and started helping the drive thru?! I understand the drive thru maybe busy and important, but as a customer, so is not standing near insects with my 3^rd old daughter. As a dine in customer, we don’t get the luxury of sitting down and ordering in an A/​C cooled car away from flies and it would have been nice to at least have my order taken so me and my kids could at least sit. Anyways after waiting a few more minutes, about 5 in total standing at the register because I was hoping to see a manager or someone to acknowledge my presence, we left.
I normally don’t write bad reviews unless I was unable to speak to management … and this place definitely didn’t seem to have any.

I thought it would be quick in fast since I work right across the street but I was wrong the drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I said I would go inside n the line inside was just as long. I waited in line for about 15 min or more they only had one person working the front n she was slow. Now I know never to go at lunch time especially if you’re hungry!!!

Worst baconator ever!!! 2 strips of bacon! I have never had a baconator. Is this all baconators?
