Sandwiches are great. I get the lettuce wrap– and depending on the sandwich-artist will depend on if the wrap is made well. This time– nope. She was not able to make the wrap, a wrap. More like a messy mess of a fold over. Which makes it a challenge to eat. She, and the other worker, were careless and not personable at all. I value positive customer service experiences. This place has yet provide that.

First visit to a Which Wich in ages. Love the food, but there aren’t any around me anymore. :(It’s nice that you can order your sandwich exactly as you please, but you also can make that same sandwich into a salad with spinach(and not just take nasty chopped iceberg lettuce in your salad), if you like. Definitely a step up from Subway! And the price is about the same as you would pay at Subway. The only reason I can’t give this place 5 stars is because of the smell. Atrocious! It smelled like the sewer had backed up in the restaurant. Glad I was getting my food to go. I probably couldn’t have eaten my dinner if I had stayed in the restaurant.

Really disappointing experience. I came at 1:30, only one other person in line, maybe ¼ of the restaurant was filled. After I finish paying and after waiting 5 or so minutes, they tell me they’re out of egg salad. I then had to wait another 10 minutes because they put my sandwich at the back of the line. THEN after they finally make it, they forgot to make my shake so waited another 5 minutes. Not sure I’ll ever come back to this location. Get it together!!!

Went here last week and the Wicked sandwich was off the chain!!! It was full of fresh meat and cheese and very filling and they go as large as 13in!!! Definitely a come up from subway… They are running with the big dogs like Firehouse Subs and Jersey Mikes!!! I already added them to my favorites list!

I give this place 5 stars because it’s one of the few places you can get a quick lunch that is healthy. I always get the lettuce wich because bread and wheat is inflammatory and fattening. I can load my lettuce which up with either some protein packed tuna or chicken if I’m needing some protein, add in a sliced egg for more protein, or get the pesto vegetarian if I’m in the mood to load up on veggies. This is like a salad in a wrap which makes it Easy to eat when I’m on the road driving. My favorite is the Caprese, tomato and mozzarella(or provolone) and pesto.

Service is slow and the workers have limited skills with human interaction. I just tried the r&d sandwich, banh mi. Their version is close but no cigar… literally its just another okay attempt at asian flavour that’s sub par. The pulled pork is OK, but they drenched the sandwich with a sriracha mayo sauce. My sandwich was dropping with the sauce and it made the baguette soggy. Traditional banh mi is suppose to be pretty dry. I recommend it but avoid the sriracha mayo!

Decent sandwich place, but nothing to rave about. Had the philly cheesesteak– got the large, which is 15″ and definitely fills you up. They have a decent selection, but everything is behind the counter– not Subway style– so you have to decide all at once what you want when you order. No wait.

I tell you what, there are a handful of sandwich places here in this stretch of Matlock. And one that is in the top choices for me is Which Wich. Now you could go to Subway, Jimmy John’s, Jason’s Deli or McAlister’s, but I feel WW offers a different variety in a different way. You go in here fill out what you want on a brown paper bag, which size, bread, lunch meat, condiments, and toppings. You can also turn your sandwich into a wrap, or even a salad too. And for us picky eaters, this is perfect. You don’t have to go up the register and tell them all the things you don’t like on the sandwich and ask for them to leave it off. So there are plenty of different unique toppings that places like Subway and Jimmy John’s don’t have. i.e. sauerkraut, crispy onions, and coleslaw. And plenty of cheese and sauces of your choice. I love the idea of picking the things I like, and adding it all to mine, and if you think it’s weird combo, don’t worry about it because I’m not making you eat it! :)

This is a really great sandwich joint that lets you customize your sandwiches the way you want them. I would compare it to a sandwich version of Mooyahs. There are several different paper sacks that you can choose from, each of them represent a category of sandwich. You take one, then mark all of the toppings and seasonings that you would like for only $ 6. Add another $ 1 – 2 and you get a meal with a drink and bag of chips. Extremely friendly staff who are willing to give hookups for their customers. I highly recommend Which Wich because they have a wide variety that will appeal to every kind of customer. However, this location does tend to get very crowded around lunch and dinner time. I would try to avoid the rush, unless you don’t mind waiting a good 15 minutes for your sandwich to be made.

Eww, this location sucks. Whichwich is a pick your own sandwich kind of place, but I really felt that this location just didn’t taste the same as the other locations I have been to. I really didn’t like my sandwich at all. Normally I would blame myself for picking the wrong thing. Also they had a LOT of people working, and they were super S L O W… I’ve been to the Whichwich in Las Colinas several times and with just 2 people working, they bust out orders twice the speed of this location, which had twice the staff working. Plus the layout of the place is just funky, I didn’t like it. No problem though I won’t be back to this location.

I’m a WhichWich fan, I openly admit this, and here’s why. They have so many more options than normal sandwich places, their ingredients are way fresher, and I love that their website allows you to customize your sandwich and then they tell you the nutritional information of YOUR sandwich. Not just that but they have approximately a kerjillion options for making it yours. If you don’t do the sandwich thing from their website, it’s still so much fun to come in and fill out a brown bag with one of their permanent markers with everything you want, and for those of us who are indecisive you can take as long as you like without being under the pressure of deciding while in line. I’m a big fan of their chicken pesto sandwich, their black bean patty(covered in peppers and spicy ranch), and a regular turkey sandwich when I feel like an oldie but a goodie. I’ve heard great things about their cookies and their shakes are the bomb(banana rocked my world), and you’ll just love it! Definitely a great chain to check out!

My wife and I liked this place. Good lunch size portions for a lighter lunch. The ordering process is a little daunting the first time, but you quickly figure it out and get exactly what you order. I had the Monte Cristo, which surprisingly was not fried, but was tasty none the less. We also shared an oreo shake that was good.

My husband and I ate here recently for lunch. The sandwiches are small. The ordering process is a nuisance. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. We were in a good mood when we went in, but after we overpaid for tiny food and bad service, we just wanted to go home and eat something else. We were very disappointed and won’t be back.

One of the better sandwich shop chains. The variety they offer is very nice, and allows you to never have the same sandwich again(if you like variety) I’ve personally never had a bad sandwich from this location, my only complaint is that it often seems to be overcrowded, with little to no seating available inside.

The dreaded«What’s for lunch?» topic came up today at work and I was the one chosen to make a decision. Since we haven’t ordered WW at the pharmacy before, we decided to give it a try. It was pretty damn filling. I definitely prefer this place over Potbelly’s just because their sandwiches seemed bigger and I actually prefer their bread. I ordered the Chicken Pesto on Wheat which was about $ 5. Not bad for a create your own sandwich. I think this place will make the Matlock Pharmacy lunch list. :) Just a heads up, their pickled pepper mix packs serious heat so be careful. :)
