Got there with 10 minutes before closing ordered my subs and they weren’t toasted right. either they rushed it trough or the oven was shut off already. I have been to other potbelly places and very disappointed in this one.

I LOVE the tuna on flatbread! It has provolone cheese that melts and goes perfectly with the tuna and I add their hot peppers, which you can buy and I would highly recommend! Their broccoli cheddar and tomato basil soup are delish! Recommend getting there early because the lines do get long however, their service is pretty quick. Hope you all enjoy one of my favorite lunch spots in the Highlands

I had the TKY sandwhich with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. It was good; better than subway. The place was clean, and the customer service was okay except for one girl at the counter seemed pushy which I didnt like since it was my first time here.

I’m only giving a 2 star because part of my order was as expected. I asked the young man what they had for kids menu. We selected grilled cheese. I was highly disappointed that I paid $ 5 for bread and a slice of cheese which could barely be seen after it was melted. I could have ordered a sandwich with meat for the same price. Other restaurants only charge a few dollars for grilled cheese. Do not order the grill cheese!

Potbelly, Potbelly, Potbelly. How could you? Charge me $ 26.46 for two people to eat? Get skimpy with the fillings so that three quarters of my sandwich was just bread? Rack up the cost of individual bags of chips and drinks by like three thousand percent? Laugh at me when I accidentally call the Oreo shake a cookies and cream shake? Squeeze so much mayo onto the wreck sandwich that it’s a mayo sandwich with cold cut garnish? Ahem. No. If I’m paying for quality, I don’t mind overspending. Potbelly is a splurge to me and usually I’m pleased with my meal. This visit I didn’t feel like it was worth it. The best part were the shakes and that was it.

Today is my first time coming here and I love it! The restaurant is clean and crew is friendly. The lady happily explained to me the entire menu. I decided to try the skinny pair and got the turkey sandwich with broccoli cheese soup. One word: Divine! The components of my meal were incredibly fresh and tasty. Also got the chocolate brownie cookie. Yummmm! All this plus drink for about $ 10. Happy customer here. Will return.

After having a bad experience, the manager got back with me and made things right. Know that’s customer service! :)

I really like there sandwiches! Very tasty and the place is quick getting you your food! I had one of the lighter sandwiches which still was packed with flavor. They add peppers on them which makes them special. For a sandwich spot you can’t get better!

So I’m a regular here, almost every other week I’ll pop up and grab the Wreck with everything on + buttermilk ranch and I’m sated. But there are a few times when the new hires mess up the consistency of the ranch to sandwich ratio. Idk if that’s my food snobbiness in me or how sensitized to The Wreck, but it makes me sad when that happens. But I’ll still gobble it up anyway. The atmosphere is great, not too loud or quiet, and it’s always clean when I come in. My friends love eating here too but lately we have only gotten takeout. Also, I LOVE the chips that they offer too. I forget the brand but I love the salt & vinegar flavor. Makes me happy:) Anywho, Potbelly needs more lovin’! I just hope they get the perfection rollin’ with the new hires ASAP.

I really like the sandwiches out here. They are a different take on the usual Subway, Which Wich variety. They also have shakes which are pretty delicious. One of my colleagues is vegetarian and he likes the soup that they serve as a side item as well.

Most Potbelly’s are consistently good, clean and efficient and the Arlington Highlands outlet fulfills those standards. The sandwiches aren’t the most fabulous in the world. They don’t stack on the meat like a good Jewish Deli. But, what they do is put together a delicious combination of ingredients that tickle your taste buds. I like the Italian and the Works, always with Potbelly sweet peppers, a little mayo and oil and whatever. If you get a Big, there is enough to split with a partner and you can get out, with a drink, for about $ 5.00 each. Surely, a better experience than Subway and at about the same price, or less.

Not happy at all… not even with the big oatmeal cookie(I make them better). I had«the wreck» sandwich in the reg size. I think they only had 3 type of bread, I got the whole wheat and it was not soft. The sandwich was ok but I would of prob liked the subway Italian with all the veggies better and for way better price. I spend $ 9.76 for sandwich, iced tea(not good), and a big cookie! I could of been waited on for that amount. The ambience was weird because a sandwich shop should be casual but this place had a lady playing the guitar and singing the blues expecting a tip. Oh another thing I didn’t like is that the line takes forever! Never going there again!

Potbelly is a great sandwich shop especially if you want something more than your plain ol’ Subway even though it might be a little more«fattening». I ordered the new buffalo chicken sandwich and it was really delicious. The ingredients here are pretty basic but that’s all you really need in a sandwich. I’ve been here many times and they never disappoint. I’ve also heard that the oatmeal cookies are to die for. It is a little bit more expensive but still a great alternative to Subway. Bön Appétit

It has been a while since I’ve been here and not much has changed except for the the sandwich sizes. Paul H. and I stopped by for a quick bite to eat after our movie. I had the Wreck and Paul H. had the Pizza. Both were quite good. The peppers were more spicy than I remembered before but they were still very yummy. Not a bad choice for a sandwich joint. :)

this place is okay… I heard that it used to be an antique store and then turned into a sandwich shop for lunch and now they got rid of all the antiques and just sell sandwiches. All their sandwiches are good but I think they need more varieties! and always get the hot peppers with your sandwich because it gives it a kick! I love their hot peppers!
