I always love coming to Chipotle. It’s always filling, always delicious, and always a great choice. Yes, I was disappointed when the E. Coli breakout was announced… But I still have faith in Chipotle! Stopped by here for some lunch with my girlfriend before we both had to head off for work. S E R V I C E Customer service is kind of a hit or a miss for me at Chipotle. This one is not above and beyond and it’s not horrible. They just do what they have to do, and prepare delicious meals for their customers. I haven’t ever had a horrible experience with customer service at this one, so I keep coming back. :) F O O D One of the things I love about Chipotle is how fresh all the food always is. I’ve never been to a Chipotle with food that tastes as if it’s just been sitting out all day. I always order a burrito here, I come to the realization that their chicken is so much better than their steak.(In my opinion). Their guacamole, is also absolute heaven. Their chips are a perfect mix of saltiness, lime and crispiness. However, their Margaritas are horrible. I can honestly say I do not like their margaritas — I’m not sure if it’s the Tequila or the Margarita mix they use. S P A C E This Chipotle is a bit narrower than some other Chipotles I’ve been to. Mostly it has tables for four people each — since they’ve taken out the booths out you are able to move the tables around in case you want a larger table for more people. They also have two tall tables that I don’t think you can move around. They also have outdoor seating with some large umbrellas, in case you want to enjoy a delicious burrito outside when we have nice weather. Overall, nice place. Good food.

The employees have a very bad attitude and don’t want to give you enough food. After coming here and treated badly a couple of times, I’ve stopped eating here and will drive to one of the other locations. The South Cooper store is the best one I’ve visited, they don’t act like they personally paid for the food they sell…

I want to start off saying I love Chipotle! However at this location there seems to be a management problem with high employee turnover. Many times there is a long line because employees aren’t delivering with urgency! It seems that you just have to roll the dice to get quality service as well as consistency with portion servings. I love the food but not this location.

I don’t know what it is, but this particular restaurant has the BEST chicken. Also the customer service is just perfect.

Where the fuck do I even start? Every employee in there should be fucking fired. I get there and there are 3 people ahead of me in line. It gets to me and they’re out of steak(go figure). So the guy throws away what he’s already made of my burrito and tells me he’ll have to redo it when the steak is done. No problem with that at all. I completely understand. So I move out of everyone’s way so they can get ahead. While I’m waiting the line gets insanely long cause all the employees decide to take their break what seems like the same motherfucking time! I wait for about 13 minutes for this fucking steak and then I’m told to go to the back of this huge line. Are you fucking with me?! So here I am at the back of this goddamn line I was already in front of. When it gets to me(again) do I get a «sorry for the wait sir»? Of course not! No apology what so ever from this piece of shit employee. Fuck this chipotle, fuck everything about it.

All chipotle’s are the same. Crowded, busy, fresh food, and somewhat clean. That being said I love chipotle. Hard to find ppl that don’t. If u haven’t you must try at any location.

I get take-away here maybe once a week, and I’m almost always pretty satisfied: — Salad with barbacoa, fajita veggies, cheese, sour cream and guacamole is low-carb heaven. A bit pricey with the added guacamole, but very filling. I’ve tried switching out ingredients(chicken instead of barbacoa, skipping the guacamole, etc.) but keep coming back to the combo above. Fast, filling, tasty, and I like that there is very detailed nutritional information available on Chipotle’s website. (I do have to whine here that I didn’t like the chicken at all, but that may just have been an off-day or batch: it tasted dry and even a bit«burnt,» where the barbacoa is almost always juicy and delicious. I’m in no hurry to order the chicken again.) — Some of the other reviews have touched on how fast this Chipotle is. The employees seriously work at super speed, and the very long lunch-time lines move a lot faster than you’d expect. When I see a long line at this Chipotle, I get right in line and don’t worry about it. — I’ve never had a problem having a Chipotle promo recognized here. I never eat in, but there seems to be a lot of seating and everything is maintained well. Clean. Parking can be tough, given that the lot is shared with Walmart and a few other restaurants. If I’m really wanting Chipotle for lunch, I’ll aim to leave the office by 11:30… the rush really starts after 12:00PM. I do prefer this store to the location near UTA, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for one or the other.

Typically Chipotle is low on my list of places to eat. It’s pricey and I usually finish wondering, «why did I eat that?» The food is mediocre and it is usually just above room temperature. Not to mention the extremely long lines and being corralled up to counter only to be greeted by an unenthusiastic staff member. HOWEVER! The chipotle on Collins Ave in Arlington is everything you expect. The staff were polite and respectful, not to mention they seem to have a «heavy hand» when it comes to portions. This was a relief in itself, but then I sat down to eat my chicken burrito bowl with medium to low expectations. Then the first bite, «are you kidding me, this is delicious!» I thought. Maybe I am just really hungry, but no, the second bite was as good as the last. This continued until my meal was gone. The chicken was tender and flavorful with the right amount of char-grilled flavor. The beans and rice were fully cooked and corn salsa tasted like it had been made just for me. Well done Chipotle staff and management at N. Collins… Well done!

The dirtiest chipotle I’ve been to. They also«ran out» of lettuce, but I’m quite sure they were too lazy to put more out. I wouldn’t choose this location again.

If I go a week without eating at Chipotle I begin to suffer serious withdrawals. My go to dish is a burrito bowl with steak, white rice, black beans, lettuce and cheese. The steak and white rice are always cooked to perfection and it’s a guaranteed winner. This is one of the few places around here that I can go to eat where I spend a minimum amount of money, fill my gut, and still eat relatively healthy.

You really can’t go wrong with anything on Chipotle’s menu. The food is fresh and delicious. This particular location is my favorite. The staff is friendly and speedy. The lines may be long occasionally but they get you through in a flash with a smile!

I’m a Chipotle regular normally defaulting to the veggie bowl. The service is sometimes slow but that is only because of its popularity during peak hours. I might add the guacamole is free with the veggie option which many people don’t realize. If you skip the cheese and sour cream it’s a good healthy option. I normally split the bowl with my wife so it’s actually a cheap lunch date and I don’t end up walking out of there stuffed to the gills. I might add my wife lives in China for some months of the year but when she’s in the states, this is her favorite place for lunch.

Chipotle is great for vegans, unfortunately the staff has a terrible attitude at this location. Words cannot describe how embarrassed I was when young lady mocked me for wanting the salsa on the side as well as on the burrito. After posting the experience on FB others have had similar experiences at this location. This is my first Unilocal review and I’m about write my first corporate complaint letter. If y o u are in North Arlington you will be better off going to south arlington location or just go to one of the many Mexican restraunts in the area.

I’m a huge Chipotle fan. I love the bowl’s the most. I enjoy the steak, chicken, and barbacoa choices of meat the most. I love that they are now offering pinto beans(without pork) in addition to black beans now. This location is always busy, so you can expect to wait in the line… however I’ve always been in and out in 15 minutes or less. I’m taking away a star, because the servers can often times only give you a TINY amount of each ingredient. I was there a couple days ago, and ALL of the 4 ppl ahead of me had to ask for extra rice, extra beans, and extra meat(which costs more)…come on guys, you clearly aren’t giving enough… also the food is hit or miss a lot… overcooked/undercooked rice… scorched black beans/hard pieces of chicken… I did a review once when I was dissatisfied, and the company did send me a coupon for a few burrito, bowl, or tacos of my choice, which I thought was nice… Price is good… I also don’t feel too guilty, since it’s pretty much healthy fast food

So disappointed in this location… they give you hardly any meat, and if you ask for a little more they give you a dirty look. I had quite a few pieces of burnt chicken and we had to ask three times for our chips before they finally gave us a bag… and it was not busy. Plus they charged us for two steak bowls. This was the worst chipotle we have ever been to, stay away!

I came here for a weekday lunch. Its a typical chipotle chain. Nothing stood out to me or caught my attention much except the dining area has limited seating and isnt as big as others ive been to.

I eat at chipotle ALOT and have never had a problem going there 2x in one day but this location is the worst one. Recently moved to this side of town and started going to this chipotle and the service is HORRIBLE. I asked the girl to mix my burrito at the end of the line and she simply just rolled her eyes at me like it was such an inconvenience that i asked her for that. When i was paying, same girl was there and was pissed off at the world. The AC was broken at this location for the longest time as well which made things even more annoying.

One of the most nutritious fast food places I can go to near my job. Cheap and It’s the closest Chipotle near the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. This location stays SUPER busy with a line to stand in but fast as well. The customer service is pretty decent. It’s in the same shopping center that a Neighborhood Walmart is in. I usually get a Borrito Bowl with tortillas on the side and a few lemons to squeeze on top of everything.

Tasty, fresh food quick and easy I rarely eat fast food so Chipotle is my goto restaurant for fresh, healthy food on the run. Whether you prefer the bowl or a burrito, the ingredients are fresh, consistently good and the offer a nice variety of flavors. The servers are polite, friendly and they seem to enjoy(and appreciate) their jobs which makes for a great dining experience. The drinks are good and reasonably priced, and there’s a nice patio for sitting outside at lunch. I highly recommend Chipotle across the US but this location is particularly five star.

Chipotle, I’m gonna give you 4 stars! You’ve always treated me well, fed me well, kept me from going broke, and had delicious fountain coke — which is quite important to me. I’m a big fan of «build your own» meal type places, especially when it comes to fast-food. Having that bit of control makes the food seem more fresh. It’s not put together until you give the orders! Burrito, burrito bowl, salad, or tacos? White or brown rice, black or pinto beans, your choice of salsa, grilled veggies, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, cheese, guacamole, etc. I usually go for the burrito bowl, but sometimes order crispy tacos — I’m no burrito eater(glutenous and just too hard/messy to eat). Anyway, who’s with me in thinking that Chipotle’s cilantro-lime-rice is consistently phenomenal? It’s always hot, seasoned right, and has the perfect texture. Sometimes I JUST want a bowl of that rice… Something new I’ve noticed here(it probably isn’t that new, but to me is is): beer! So great to have a few adult beverage options :) This particular location offers SUPER fast service. I can’t believe how quickly they get people through that line; all the staff must be pros. Place is really clean as well. I will say, however, that I don’t enjoy eating inside Chipotle at any location. I get my meal to-go 98% of the time because I just find the venue itself to be uncomfortable — too cold and loud and feels like a factory! But, that doesn’t put a damper on the food itself. Chipotle is consistently good and I look forward to those days when I get home late, don’t want to cook, and have an excuse to order a fabulous burrito bowl!
