I have been here twice before. The employees are polite.
I generally ask for KC if I get a pedicure.
They have several types of pedicures and they can all seem to do different types of art if you bring in a photo.
Pedicures range from to $ 60. Obviously the more expensive ones contain more, such as parafin wax or hot stones.
They seem more responsive if you ask about them instead of being narcissistic. I’ve noticed after I asked about their home country and said a few phrases in Vietnamese my service was amazing. Who would have thought if you’re kind they’ll be kind back?

I have been here multiple times and had multiple people do my sns nails and pedicures. The pedicures aren’t cheap, but they are clean and very relaxing! I had one person do my nails with sns and it lasted a full 4 weeks! However, I failed to get the lady’s name. Then I had one this week and it didn’t seem like she did it right, but she was quite sure she did. 3 days later, I have had two nails chip already. When I went back, she was there and kindly fixed it, but poorly. So, I will go back, but am learning who not to use quickly. K.C. is my favorite so far. She is great!

I’ve given this place a try 3 times and they were all bad experiences but this last one i will be sure to never come back and not give any recommendations.
Came in for a Gel Mani and pedi. The girl doing my gel I think was her first time ever doing nails. I knew she was doing a horrible job from the beginning when the polish was straight over my cuticles. And any gel expert knows you cant do that! Plus the woman doing my nails continued to cough all over my hands for the entire half hour. After all was said and done my nails looked like a 1^st grader had painted them. As I check out I nicely told the manager that my manicure was horrible and she told me she will redo it. I said I am on my lunch break and it already took you over an hour to do my nails.
The manager gets in my face grabs my hand and says idk what your talking about your nails are fine. She said you can come back and get them redone thats all I can offer. Sorry lady i live in dallas im not driving that far to get a horrible manicure again.
She took off the cost for the gel but told me I needed to pay for the manicure. Fine. but when you are a new business and need to retain clients dont act like that.
Needless to say my gel ended up peeling off the next day.

Too pricey. Lady keeps rushing and repeating herself how my nails is dry and can use it normally probably 3 times. Too pushy with the color and everything.

As a business owner I just think the customer should get what they came for at your business and if not treat them with respect. Thanks all.

My first time here and I am beyond impressed. Impeccable service, nice atmosphere and presentation, plus it’s fairly quiet. Definitely worth the visit.
Impeccable service: Greeted once I walked in and was waited on within 10 minutes. I was also given something to drink while waiting for my service to start. I was also allowed to choose my service from a menu instead of it being plastered on a wall.
Nice atmosphere and presentation: Instead of just bringing all of the needed supplies over by hand, she brought it over on a tray. Yes, presentation matters because it let’s me know you care enough about your customers to be sure you’re gaining their approval at every turn. Mission accomplished.
Very quiet. Some nail salons can get very loud with TVs blaring and other background noise. What TV? Here, there’s a peaceful instrumental playing in the background, and the noise is at a minimum. Score again.
My actual service is more than I expected. She’s using oranges (or are they mandarins? I’m not sure, but it doesn’t matter. I still love it.), limes and a mandarin scrub for my exfoliation. Yep, all for my exfoliation.
Paula did my actual service and did a wonderful job. They have definitely gained a new customer.

This is my third or fourth time coming here and every single time they provide great customer service, they are attentive and care about the customer.
Today I got a gel manicure and a rose petal pedicure and everything was top notch.
I think the thing I love most is that everyone who works here is great. I’ve had a different manicurist every time I come and they are always easy going and nice to chat with. Pedicurist are the same; I don’t have to request a certain person because I know whoever o get is going to treat me very nicely.
This is definitely my go to spot for manicure and pedicures.

I don’t usually write reviews. however I had the worst experience at this salon. I got a mani and pedi, first the technician took forever to come, when he finally came to proceed to do my nails he was done in less than 15 minutes… he was in a rush to get me out of there. My nails turned out horrible I could’ve done a better job at home.

I took my friend there for her birthday and got the gel powder nails. Two of them cracked completely off in 5 days. Which has never happened in the year that I have been doing those kind. Needless to say I will NOT be going back there at all.

I wanted a pedicure and was looking for something close to my home. The set up is very nice. The staff was pretty friendly with an extremely short wait time. However, the technician cut my foot. Although this cut was not large, it was fairly deep. I was there a month ago and still have a scar to prove it.

I wrote an EXCELLENT review during the process of my pedicure. However, I’m so bummed to come back and take away a few stars. I loved the massage, oils, hot towels, and attention during the pedicure.
Unfortunately, you go get a pedicure for the pedicure. I was distracted by all of the ‘extras’ that I didn’t notice my FEET!
Let me explain– it looks like a cheese grader has been run across my toes, sides of my big toe and even the bottom. Now, you may think I just had a lot of callous– but I didn’t, I’ve maintained timely pedicures. I was working out and my feet felt like they were burning, so I took my shoes off to see the cuts literally bleeding. No sir. Not cool.
I read a lot of reviews before coming here but I must have missed the one about getting a pedi from a guy working there. Normally the guys are so good at other places I’ve been. I mean, there are SO many places to go in the metroplex.
So I suppose I’ll go to one of ‘those’. I’m also bummed I tipped him so well– it indicates he did a great job– which is in my opinion not a true story.

Nice place but be sure to time your hot stone massage.
Chose the tangerine deluxe and was recommended to go with the more expensive option that came with 25 min of massage instead of 18. I agreed since the massage is the biggest reason I get pedicures. This was $ 10 more.
The lady was very good, not too gentle, not too rough. Then she did the paraffin wrap and started the hot stone massage. I had my phone out and glanced at the time since I was paying for 7 extra minutes. She did 8 wonderful minutes of hot stone massage and the stopped (I guess to go put the stones away) then came back a few minutes later and started to massage with her hands. When she stopped massaging and started to put the little things between my toes a total of 16 minutes had elapsed which means only 13 – 14 minutes had been spent massaging. Not even what the package I had originally wanted was to include.
I am not a confrontational person but when I am paying $ 57 for a pedicure with a 25 minute massage, I expect to get it.
I mentioned it to her and the manager came over. The lady then went back to massaging. She then gave me an extra long massage. She was very good as I said and my feet look great. I just want to get what I am paying for.
They do have a very cute pedicure area with hello kitty spas where I will take my 6yo daughter to.

A male employee did my gel manicure in the afternoon. Two of my nails peeled the next morning. When he finished my nails, he said, «I can tell these are going to peel. Come back and I will fix them for you.» Clients’ time is just as valuable as their’s. It should have been done correctly the first time or corrected immediately before I left. I was so turned off by the experience that I didn’t insist he correct them before I left. I had a different nail place re-​do his mistakes the next day. I won’t be back to Eden.

Let me first assure all those who read previous reviews regarding the sanitation of tools at this salon. I have been to this salon every two weeks since opening weekend and each time the tools have been unsealed in front of me, sometimes directly from their sanitizing machine. This IS a very clean salon. Secondly, their quality of service is top notch. When they are busy they make the wait enjoyable with free drinks and pleasant conversation. The quality of there work is impeccable. I’ve never left less than satisfied and I’ve got to be one of the most particular people when it comes to my nails. Regardless of which tech does the work they always look the way I want. They offer so many design options it can be overwhelming when making a decision but never push the upgrades if you aren’t interested. Their pedicures are out of this world and last a more than appropriate amount of time for the cost. Bottom line… If you haven’t visited this salon yet it’s time you do. I have no doubt you’ll be a longtime customer after one trip.

I received a «deluxe» mani/​pedi from this nail salon yesterday… It was far from deluxe… it was the MOST TRAUMATIC SALON EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
The technician who performed this botched procedure was utterly horrible. He literally RIPPED my cuticles off of my toes and fingers. I’m a tough gal, so I didn’t speak up during the pedicure, thinking perhaps my toes were just a little sensitive… but when he moved to my manicure, and my fingers started to BLEED, I politely asked for him to be more gentle. Despite my request, he continued to dig into my nail beds with force. I question if even had professional training to be doing nails.
When I spoke up again… In tears, mind you… the lead technician came over and finished the job, but claimed that it was likely just because I had «thin cuticles». What was worse… was that they touched/​smeared my bleeding nails with un-​gloved hands. The shop appeared clean, so I’m not terribly concerned about getting an infection… but it just seemed so unhygienic on their end.
You would think that with such an experience the Owner would have come over to allay my negative feelings… but he did not. I will never go here again. It is a day later and my fingers are still bleeding…

My review is for manicure only but I will not go back despite the rave reviews for the pedicures. I believe in giving new places a shot how else would they build their clientele. That being said this is not the place for repeat business from me.
If I hadn’t been tired and short on time I would have and should have gone elsewhere. I did do some research before writing this review because I have never before had a dry manicure and now that I know that exist I wouldn’t mind getting one again just not from this place.
The whole time I was there I noticed someone wiping things down but don’t bet fooled by this because the manicurist actions when he finished my hands tells me this place does not follow sanitizing guidelines or even give the impression they do. First he took the tools out of an autoclave bag out of the drawer, did my manicure which at no point did he apply cuticle remover and he is lucky he didn’t cut me. He applied the correct coats of gel base, polish and top coats and then said go wash. NO you need to go over my nails with alcohol to remove the stickiness, the manicurist in front of him confirmed this to him, after he did that he put the same tools back in the autoclave bag and put them back in the drawer the same place he took them from. That is nasty and a reason so many people hate nail salons. I will not return because not only are instruments not being sterilized they are not even being rinsed off, sprayed with alcohol nothing just put back in a drawer to use in the next unsuspecting customer.
The place is also overpriced offering a 10% discount. Well that was still $ 2 more than I normally pay. They won’t see my face in the place and I would beware if you want a manicure.

Pedicure lasted almost 2 hours! Well worth what at first seemed an expensive price tag. They have a very extensive menu of options most of which include fruit scrubs. Every pedicure comes with the herb neck wrap and a glass of wine/​margarita. I just did a basic mani, so not sure about their other options, but it was great.

Fabulous pedicure and manicure and I’ve been to a variety of high and low end salons! This place is clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I was lucky to catch them while services were all 20% off! I chose the Raw Earth version which was a beautiful combination of real, fresh fruit and natural clay. KC showed amazing attention to detail… I’ll definitely be back! I went with a simple polish on my toes and my naked nails were buffed to perfection. But the MASSAGES… pure heaven!

Ok so I know the DFW metroplex is saturated with nail salons and they are all a dime a dozen, but trust me when I say that this is the best new spot for your mani and pedi needs. I am a gel nails kind of girl and the set I got last weekend still looks immaculate 7 days later. Service here is top notch as the owner has 20+ years of experience in this industry. There is an array of aromatic pedi scrubs and tantalizing cocktails to suit your needs. They have a private area for group pampering parties as well as the most adorable pedi area for the little ones. So come grab a marg and get your nails did here! I cant wait to head back.
