I have been going to this practice for more than two years and can whole-heartedly recommend them. I ended up in the ER for a relatively rare condition that other doctors didn’t diagnose, and after looking at some tests, Dr. Spagnoli called it correctly. Follow-ups with Dr. Pilkington and Dr. Lee have been great. They are sharp, patient, and really are on top of current technology, best practices, and treatments. Front desk staff is great, too. I get frustrated with reviews that focus on one obscure thing — if you want a great practice that consistently takes care of its patients, then this is the place to go.

I was there yesterday and my appointment was kind of strange. I had seen Dr. Lee, I believe he meant well but I went there to ease my anxiety about getting a CPap mask and my left ear pain. And all he could talk about is a movie«Fed UP» about how America is obese and how profound the movie was to him; he keep on this path because I’m overweight, I couldn’t get a word in edge-wise. Coleville hearing test administrator was very nice and gentle about my hearing test.

They moved over to 1005 N Glebe rd. I think because this is a new nknown location it was really easy to get an appointment but I thought they were really good. Front office staff was diligent and pleasant. Dr. Michelle Roeder was awesome. She had good reviews on number of different medical websites so that’s why I picked her. I liked her approach at assessing my symptoms. Can’t afford ear aches before diving and her recommendation worked.

I never got to see the doctor as his office was closed on the day/time of my appointment. Granted it was 2 days after a snow storm but still no one bothered to call me ahead of time about the closure. I had to trudge all the way to the doctor’s office with a messed up painful ear and return back home. They did call me an hour later when I got back, in short not a pleasant experience.
