The only bubble tea place that I like in Arlington. There green tea and taro shaved ice is the best. The staff are always very friendly but service is a little slow.

I am actually leaving without getting anything. I have never gone to get froyo or ice cream, and then not gotten anything. Even I’m in shock. I sampled cookies & cream, white chocolate, raspberry basil sorbet and strawberry. All the flavored were off. C & C tasted mildly chocolatey plain. WC was kinda gross.(Sorry, it was. I almost couldn’t finish my sample! But I soldiered through it. But only because I was only handed one sample cup.) RBS was the right color, but tasted simply tart. Strawberry was the only one that slightly resembled its name. Sadly I doubt I’ll return. Décor is still nice. Store is clean. That’s why I stayed with two stars. But my main focus is on the froyo. Sad day had by all.(As in me.)

You can’t go wrong with Frozen yogurt. I was so happy to find a frozen yogurt location with a great variety of flavors. I chose strawberry and birthday cake. I added some toppings. The pricing is average pricing for frozen yogurt. However the location was clean, the staff was nice and a nice variety of toppings. I definitely recommend this location.

Excellent planning by the owners to open this right by Thanh Thanh Restaurant. Almost everyone I saw eat at the restaurant went there afterward for dessert, including myself. Their froyo has more of a creamy milky taste than icy like a sherbet at some places which I did like. The flavors I chose were also not overly sweet, a problem I see at many places. If you do get their drinks though, they lean on the expensive side when you compare to most boba stores. For coffees it is $ 4.65 and for tea lattes(milk teas) it is $ 4.15

I love that they have taro froyo! I didn’t even know that taro froyo existed until I came here! I tried the taro and the espresso and both were delicious. Boyfriend had the cookies n cream and he really liked it. They had a nice selection of toppings to choose from too. I enjoyed the cheesecake and the mochi toppings. It also wasn’t that expensive either. We’ll be coming back here for sure.

Just okay. I was underwhelmed honestly. They don’t have enough topping options and the flowers of froyo are just stupid. Tequila? No thanks. Also really over priced.

Loved the original snowflak! We added mangoes, strawberries, and condensed milk… we’ll definitely come back!

Serves one size only for their drinks and it’s pretty expensive compared to other places. Even a large at Bethany’s doesn’t cost that much for a milk tea.

3.5 I mean it’s dessert… everyone has their own version of shaved ice. This one was good until that it wasn’t overly icy. It was very sno-like creamy and not overly sweet although most of the toppings that was chosen were sweets. It’s a pretty decent size plate that is good for sharing and is about $ 8.00. I’m not sure if there is a limit on toppings but we chose 4 lychee, mango, mochi and condensed milk drizzle. But somehow. We ended up with jelly instead of mango but it still wasn’t bad. Fro-yo also has your soft serve yogurt and has a decent variety of flavors there is even durian flavor if that’s your speed lol. Probably one of the most organized topping bars that I have seen. From brownie bites, waffle cones, fruit cereal and many other toppings you can think of. They also have fro-yo and bubble tea. Seems like a cool place to hang out for those that need to a spot to just chill. Overall decent sno-flak and a decent spot for dessert.

I was here with my friends to get some snowflak, which was pretty good. It wasn’t too sweet, and the snow just melts in your mouth, our toppings were mango and mochi and it was a great combination. The dessert was great but not so much for customer service, when I ordered a milk tea the girl worker just handed it to me, rudely. She didn’t say anything or make eye contact with me, she didn’t even say«you’re welcome» I’m not trying to be rude or anything but when I come to a place I like to feel welcomed not like I’m a bother, which is why I give it 3 stars.

Not the best place for bubble tea. I went there and got the avocado smoothie and it doesn’t taste like avocado. More like sweet cream. The downside is that there’s only one size to get drinks and it’s more expensive than your average boba place. I give this place 2 stars.

Just came here for the first time and tried the boba milk tea since I saw good reviews about it. It was SO bad but I came during happy hour so my drink got half off. The milk tea tasted like coffee and the boba was okay. They have crazy flavors like margarita sorbet and such which I dig. Good music. Wouldn’t come back here again for the milk tea but I would get the fro yo again.

I was really disappointed when i came there and they were out of the taro flavor. They also don’t have many flavors for the snoflak which was a bummer. I wouldn’t recommend going here. The employees were young teens, they seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. They were just there, they didn’t look happy or friendly. It didn’t feel like a good environment to be around.

I asked the cashier if milk tea or thai tea is better, she recommended milk tea so I ordered that. Milk tea did not taste like milk tea. it tasted more like coffee. Also, my boyfriend ordered the almond tea drink & it tasted like bland tea, LITERALLY. no flavor what so ever. The boba in both drinks were too chewy, I think they were overcooked. I think it’s stupid how they charge extra for boba or any other side toppings to put in your drink. I probably will never get a drink here anymore.

So, I love shaved snow but I can’t ignore the poor customer service I’ve received on more than one occasion. I just ordered EXTRA everything, and our plate came out smaller than the two people who are sitting next to us, which is unacceptable for $ 4 more. The girl with the glasses shrugged and said that she doesn’t know what to do. How about you apologize and fix the issue: bring us what we ordered, and don’t stand there shrugging your shoulders.

3 words: Taro shaved ice. AWESOME! Service can be iffy. The cashier was lacking some energy/smile. Also, I didn’t know why they couldn’t do half taro, half green tea shaved ice. I see it done in the Unilocal photos! Anyways, the taro was AWESOME. It would be even better if they had more shaved ice flavors. Might consider driving all the way back to Arlington to get more taro shaved ice though.

This place was popular for frozen yogurt a few years ago. Ever since, this whole new«froyo» craze, a lot of froyo businesses were opened but the majority of them ran out of business within a few months due to the high competition. I tried the green tea shaved ice. I thought that the ice had to much matcha flavor, and was too strong. The berries were good and sweet. On top was a drizzle of condensed milk but it was watered down and wasn’t sweet. Overall, don’t waste your time here. Go down the street to Pinkberry(inside the Arlington Highlands) to get your frozen yogurt. If you want shaved ice, and doesn’t mind the hour drive, go to Richardson to eat it at «Sweet Mix».

DECOR: 3⁄5 –Seats approx 25 SERVICE: 3⁄5 TEA: 4.5÷5 –Jasmine green tea with lychee jelly was great. Tastes sweet, refreshing and the jelly just hit the spot –Granted it’s not the best, I was thirsty and Fro-Yo did the job at quenching my thirst for that day.
