LensCrafters

I called lensecrafters to schedule an appointment over the phone and they would not schedule me. They told me that I had to call the next day to make an appointment. I called the next day and they told me to come on in. Once I arrived there they told me that they are no longer taking «walking in». Total waste of time, so I went to Target. They took me right in and treated me like an actual person.

My old glasses were on their last leg and I was searching for some new frames. There are tons of places you can go but I always end up at LensCrafters. I went to the optometrist next door to get my prescription, then I walked around to check out frames at LensCrafters. My old frames were in bad shape but I was perfectly content with purchasing another pair of the exact same glasses because they were so cute.
I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and they were busy so I signed in. While I waited, I tried on several pairs of glasses. Emmanuel assisted me with my purchase and he was extremely helpful and patient while I waited to make a couple of different decisions. At the end of the day, I walked out with a brand new pair of glasses and my first ever pair of prescription sunglasses. My glasses were not ready within an hour but they were ready within 3. I had to wait a bit when I picked them up but the manager on duty (I believe his name was Adam?) made sure that they fit properly and sent me on my way. There are cheaper choices out there but LensCrafters is my go-​to place for glasses because they’re always open, they’re conveniently located, and I have a long history with them.

The guys working there did a great job! I feel that they need more help with the guests that come in. Not everyone gets spoken to and helped very quickly this would help the overall experience not feel so rushed.

There are better places around here that offer good prices for the same name brand frames and contacts. This place is okay. If you go on a weekend, be prepared to «sign in» and wait.
