If I could I would give it zero stars if you’re looking for a simple wrench or a simple screwdriver they have that anything else they do not carry do not come here for tools

Absolutely terrible. I bought a 70″ tv in November, the salesman said it came with 2 – 3 pairs of 3D glasses. Once I hooked up the tv and got ready to watch a 3D movie, no glasses. So I called Sears and the lady explained to me that the tv does not in fact come with glasses and there was nothing they could do. I drove up there the next day and explained my situation to the manager. He said he would order 2 3D glasses ($ 70/pair) and have them shipped to my house in time for Christmas. January comes around and I call up there to find out what’s going on and a different manager says the order was never placed. He says he will order them for me, to the store so there is no confusion, with 2 day shipping. That was a week and a half ago and still no glasses. This place does not do what they say. STAY AWAY.

This for the auto center. I had my truck in here for a few things. Every time it took longer than they said and they didn’t keep informed at all as to what was going on. For one thing, they said the job would be about 2.5 hours and I didn’t get it back until more than 24 hours after! Unprofessional!

I was looking for a specific single serve coffee maker. Website said it was here and available for pick up. I decided to visit store to purchase item. I could not locate and decided to check in store product finder and it confirmed it was here. So I ask an associate who asked his manager. She informed me that she was an apparel manager and she didn’t know anything about small appliances. She suggested I go find someone in that department to assist. Unacceptable. She should have said, let me call an associate who can help you, or let me walk you to that department and see if someone can assist you. This is the apparel manager for this Sears location. Wow. I walked out and am going to find it at Frys which I know will have it. At least there I know they have bad service and won’t be assisted. Guess Sears has given up on customer service. I will not be visiting this location anymore.
