Not sure if I’d even give this place 1 star. I am trying to figure out how this place remains open. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I was referred since my nail salon was closed. I asked for a deluxe pedicure.
To my surprise, that was NOT the service I received. My nails needed to be cut down and I did not mind the $ 2 extra charge. My nails were cut by a cuticle cutter but my cuticles were not cut at all. There was barely any filing to make them even and buffing was a joke. I did not even get my feet scrubbed properly. My legs did not receive any lotion, and the oil was just enough for a 1 minute rock rub. The tech was in such a hurry and my toes show it. I sat down at 4:35 and it was before 5 when she was finished painting my toes. She told me the price and asked me if I would be putting my tip on the card because she only wanted to swipe my card once. I have worked in customer service for any years and I was just thrown off about someone asking for a tip. I just think if you’re in that big of a hurry, you could have told me no or asked another tech to take care of me. I find sad that I have to pay someone else to fix what should have been done right the first time. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Do not go here for a gel manicure ever! She painted like 8 coats of color without using the uv light in between coats (which I have never had so many coats of color) so it was thick and lumpy. She didn’t paint my entire nail either, so I had entire spots not even colored. When I asked her to fix it she just kept trying to glob more gel color on. I asked to have it taken off, so they dunked my hands in the chemicals and never came back. In addition to the above she didn’t cut my cuticles, put the warm towels, or lotion which is pretty standard with any manicure. So here I sit with my nails looking like I just gardened without gloves. Worst experience ever.

Came in today with my husband. The shop was recommended by a friend for lashes, but we decided to do mani and pedis too. Lashes were great. Sat in a comfortable chair, and the lady was professional and organized. They use tub bags for the pedicures chairs which waa great for those worried about the tub cleanliness. I got designs on both big toes along with the mint massage with parrafin wax. They had a variety of aromatic scents so my husband did the lemon. I really had an enjoyable experience and will def go back.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed here for a while. I’ve never had a big issue with them until today.
I guess they were in a hurry because the person washing had another woman help me. While waiting for my friend ahead of me the waxer said something to the other women, obviously referring to my friend in a different language, and they burst into laughter. This is not something that should happen because all speak English and made me very uncomfortable. I ignored this because I had never had issues before.
I wasn’t taken into the back room for my wax. Because my friend was in the room, a woman made me sit in a recliner and would walk back and forth to the room to get wax. She didn’t even take a second to look at my face. Before she started i tried to tell her that I didn’t want my eyebrows thinned out, but just cleaned up. She shushed me before I could finish, quickly slapped the wax on, and my naturally thicker eyebrow was gone. Too late to go back, i had to let her finish. Now my eyebrows look very thin, and do not match my face, and barely match each other.
I have never been so eager to grow back an eyebrow…
I will not be going back

I’ve been going to this place for five years now and not once have I ever been disappointed! Everyone here can actually speak english and free refreshments are the best. There are also eyelash extensions here, which I get from a lady named Lena and they last me for weeks (:

They did my nails 2 times in a month. I liked. Went back 3^rd time and a terrible job done by the owner lady. I complained to another nail tech because she ran out the door when she thought she was finished. Was a lousy job, Did not apply cuticle cream or oils after me soaking forever in acetone which is very drying and not good for anyone. The nail tech buff the nail and acted like all was OK
I think the owner lady tech did not complete all the processes for doing my nails
I wanted my money back and they have not contacted me as of yet. That was 5 days ago.
They also put a lady hands to soak off nails in solution that was way to warm. She too complained about that. Towels were also a little too warm for her also. I was sitting across from her. Was her first time there. My have heath code violations! I can not find out where to check this out!
