A week ago I had a hankering for a good steak. I saw the reviews on VB and thought I would try it out. Here is what I noted: Pros Very friendly staff. Nice interior Cons Not much salad selection on the salad bar Not much flavor on the meats The salad bar had a choice of salad greens or field greens. If you wanted any additional items, such as nuts, cheese, etc you were out of luck. There were plenty of pasta salad types so if that is what you like you’ll enjoy this bar. Once I started in on the meat selections I was mildly disappointed. There was not a lot of seasoning on much of their meats and the best tasting meat item was the bacon wrapped chicken. The prime rib was good but I don’t normally eat it because of the fat. I declined any more meat items waiting on the filet mignonette to come out. When they finally brought it around it was awful. There was so much salt on it that I almost gagged. I tried to finish the bite but finally had to spit it out. When I notified the manager he immediately had another one cooked for me that was much better, but my experience was spoiled already. The waiters and managers were very friendly and I would complement the staff on the way they take care of the customer. I do not, however, believe that I will be back.

Just no where near as good as the other Brazilian Steakhouses. Dine here for my sister’s graduation party. The server was very professional and nice, but the food was pretty disappointing. I think they were under staff in terms of the meat servers. I only saw about 4 meats. I had to request over and over again for some other meats and the quality of the meats were good. Picanha was too tough. the bottom sirloin were too dry. I did like the seasoning on the spicy steak, but again it was on the dry end. The salad bar does not have as much items as others. They seem like a lower end Brazilian Steakhouse charging at a high end price point.

I had an amazing experience at VB Steakhouse for lunch today. It is a beautifully decorated establishment, and the staff is beyond friendly. The meats are great. I would definitely suggest this place. I went during lunch time and was well fed for $ 19.99! The spicy beef? Good god is it tasty!

This place is amazing. They offered us over 14 different types of meat which were cooked to perfection. Filet mignon wrapped in bacon, leg of lamb, spicy beef, ribeye, sausage, garlic pork, parmesean chicken, flank steak and many more I can’t rmember. They ask you how you like your meat cooked and slice you off a peice to your liking. The chefs come around with different selections as long as your card on the table is green, when you flip it over to red they stop. They also gave us mashed potatoes, fried polenta, cheese bread puffs, fried bananas, and a herbed oil. The bananas were so amazing we asked for more and the chef drizzled condensed milk and chocolate sauce over them. They were crispy and delicious. I belive it was $ 37 per person plus Unilocal gave a $ 3 off coupon! The salad bar had over 20 different options. I loved the jalapeño crab salad. I also tried the smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail, spicy mushrooms, salami, prescutto, cheese, artichoke hearts which were all outstanding. The service here was amazing. They are very attentive to everyone. We never had to wait for anything, everything was outstanding. We even received a complimentary $ 10 gift card when we paid our bill! I can’t wait to come back here again.

Recently discovered this place. Nice atmosphere, very attentive(almost overly so) waiters, a swarm of meat servers. Salad bar was good with a nice variety including salmon; side dishes brought to table were good and replaced as soon as they were gone without having been requested. The meats were varied and good as one would expect from any of the competing brazilian steakhouses. Cost was only about $ 30 on Sunday night per person all you can eat, which is less than the competition!

Really: «WOW» The service, the drinks, the salad bar(that others may say is small– doesn’t need to be larger, unless you want to get overfilled just on bar), MEATS!!!, and, of course, dessert was ALLAMAZING!!! Ask for Manny– he was super sweet and knowledgeable! Made my husband’s birthday super special.

What can I say about this place?! I’ve only been to one other Brazilian steakhouse, and I would have to say I am in love with this place. We walked in and we’re promptly greeted and seated. Our server then recommended a Brazilian drink that they make on front of you(described as a mojito without the mint). The salad bar was a little light on selection compared to the other steakhouse I’ve been to however it was still really nice and had a good variety of salad items and side dishes. The meat was a little slow to come out and a few meats came out several times. In the hr we were there for I only saw 5 different types of meats(not sure how many there really were) however they gave great slices of meat, not little slivers The servers are very attentive and we’re always near by yet they were not hovering. We ended our meal with Brazilian coffee and another coffee that was prepared in front of us. It was about 28 $per person which is a great deal for the quality of service and for a Brazilian Steak house. Husband and I will definitely return in the near future.

We came Saturday night at 6 and the place was basically empty outside a few tables and a small party In a side room. The staff could not have even any more attentive and friendly. You drinks never went empty, the food kept coming and then afterwards they even asked was there a particular item we would like them to bring out. I would give this rodizio a 4 out of 5 stars for the food and say give it a try.

It wasn’t that impressive. I’ve eaten at six different Brazilian Steakhouse’s(churrascaria) so I’ve had a good sample to rate this restaurant. I was greated by a waiter that was very hard to understand, I know Portuguese is the language of the restaurant but he spoke Spanish which I still didn’t understand him and I’m Mexican. The salad bar was fresh, the house cab delicious but the churrascaria was something to be desired, done cuts were very greasy. I still feel Fogo de Chão is the best I’ve had.

I had the opportunity to eat at this place before they officially opened. I was very pleased with the food and the service. I was also very impressed with the quality of materials they used to decorate the place. They have a great selection of meats and the salad bar offers a good selection of fresh vegetables. I’m Brazilian so I can tell you that if you want authentic Brazilian food then I would highly recommend this place!

Well prepared food and attentive service! We have eaten at several Brazilian steakhouses in the past, but this one particularly impressed us. The offerings include several different cuts of beef(the spicy piranha and fraldinha stand out), two preparations of chicken(bacon-wrapped breast pieces and juicy, flavorful legs), sausage, lamb, parmesan-crusted pork loin along with an incredible salad bar(chilled shrimp, green salad options, artichoke hearts, cold salads and asst. cheeses, etc.). The rice, beans, and hot veggies were standard, but tasty as well. The table shares mashed potatoes, fried polenta«fries» and plantains(nice and crispy). Dessert – Fireball cheesecake. It involves fire and a shot of alcohol, all blazing atop a fat wedge of cheesecake. Dessert and a show! Rather like crème brûlée, just know the shot of alcohol is an extra charge. On a side note, we dined here on a Sunday afternoon after church and we were seated right away without a wait. The dining room is inviting with subdued lighting and instrumental(S. American?) music playing. The bathroom was incredibly clean with private stalls.

Delish! This was actually my first time at a Brazilian steakhouse. I was very impressed. We came with a group of 8 or so to celebrate the marriage of some food friends.(They picked up the bill, so I can’t attest to pricing, etc.) For folks who like their meat cooked to death, this probably isn’t the place for you.(Why would you, though?!) Most meats were available in a medium option or a more rare option. In my opinion, cooked deliciously and pink. I was impressed with the enormous selection of meats. My favorite were the garlic beef, the spicy beef, and the bacon wrapped sirloin. There was also a house special beef, but I cannot remember what it was called. The chicken was excellent, too! We enjoyed the cheese bread, fried polenta, fried bananas, and mashed potatoes served to the table. The salad bar is AMAZING– lots of interesting options. I was confused by the sushi and sashimi displayed, though… felt like the wrong place for it. I also enjoyed the desert liqueur cart brought over. The 43 liqueur was served with flourish and was enjoyed by all. We did not order desert, as we brought our own cake. The couple was not charged a cutting or playing fee– bonus!

VB must be having some serious management issue. A manager(Gil) messaged me on Unilocal.Gil apologized for the previous manager and said the previous manager wasn’t there anymore. He invited me back to give them a 2nd chance. Gil asked me to email him and that was more than 2 weeks ago. He seemed so sincere. I appreciated that he invited us back and was going to bring 2 other paying customers. I wasn’t expecting anything when I wrote that 1st review. It was nice that Gil offered. Now it sucks more that he just left me hanging. Why make that offer in the 1st place?

Hubby and I came there with a groupon and STILL owed over $ 50 at the end. Whaaaa? Ok, we got a few drinks but one of the«shots» was a surprise because it was part of the dessert and we weren’t told it would be an extra charge. We enjoyed the bountiful and fresh salad bar(would’ve liked to see a soup or two on there though) and the delicious meats. The leg of lamb was especially good. We don’t really bother with anything but red meats at these places, but out of the«others» the chicken leg had the best flavor. I mean, it was really good and they could probably do a decent business just on chicken. Anyhoo, we tried everything that bled red. I agree with other reviewers who say that not grilling the meat is their biggest mistake. The biggest disappointment was their spicy picanha. Not very spicy and could’ve done with being grilled rather than roasted. The other big disappointment is that the grilled pineapple that other churrascarias provide free is an extra charge here. Cheapskates! The service here is great… however we were not told that the fireball cheesecake had an extra charge for the shot of Licor 43… the reason the cheesecake is called«fireball». So what a shock to see an extra $ 9 on the bill for that and the main reason they don’t get 4 stars… and one of the reasons we won’t be back. After such a nice meal that really left a sour taste in our mouths.

Bad Example of a Brazilian Steak house. Ordered a Stoli Martini Dirty, was made with Stoli Strawberry, because«that’s all they had.» Cmon man who Is going to drink a dirty Strawberry martini? They took it back and I was presented with a chilled martini glass of cheap vodka that had the same olives as the last drink. So it still tastes awful. We sold out of most types of beer or didn’t k ow what they had to offer. Salad bar was about on par with a hometown Buffet. Meat was saaaaalty and had most likely been prepared in a oven based on the taste. Only about 5 varieties came around. Lame. Save your money for a real Brazilian joint.

I always go to the Irving location but found a deal on Groupon for this location so I wanted to try it out. I must say the service was amazing. Probably one of the best I’ve had. The place is nice and fancy, but… I wasn’t impressed at all with the salad bar. The picanha could’ve had a little bit more seasoning. The meat selection was ok. Probably the most disappointing part was that the desert is not included in the price like it is at other places. I don’t consider my meal complete without flan! I’ll just stick to the Irving location!
