The crew here always makes my drinks correctly and quickly unlike the Fenton location. I visit at least once a week and have never had a problem. Love this Starbucks!

I love Starbucks tea & get it often @ this location. I don’t understand why this location is extremely slow. It doesn’t matter the time or the day there is always a line. They r not very friendly @ this location either. Therefore, I had stopped buying Starbucks tea. I recently started back hoping things got better its been about a year. No luck. I went this morning around 10:25am there was a line wrapped around the building & flowed into the side road where traffic is pretty busy. I parked to go inside thinking it would b quicker. It was not. A large group was waiting inside. After waiting to place my order I asked the very young cashier who the the manager was & he said he was. I said to him, I just want to let u know there is a line around the building & is even flowing in the side road of traffic. He said, yes we are busy and asked what I would like to order. Very Disappointing. Ive never had this bad service at another location.

Went in for a coffee, while there were 3 people behind the counter, besides the drive thru person, I was left standing there for over 3 min. If you are going to stand in a circle engaged in conversation while clearly seeing a patron waiting then I will drive out of my way to Fenton, never an issue there.

As a long time customer who adored this location I have unfortunately noticed a continued decline in customer service with a tendency to be border line rude. It is disappointing due to the frequency of my visits. My most recent trip was less than satisfactory in both service and quality of my standard over $ 6 drink which has now become the new norm. I hope this location can make a turn around soon as they will be losing my business.

It saddens me to have to write this but its become long overdue! I drink two lattes a day and I know how my drink should taste. This location severely struggles with consistancy. It’s really a bummer because I add a double shot which makes this drink almost 5 bucks. Needless to say, I expect it to be right. Half the time it seems as though they improperly measure and then top it off with water to compensate. This ruins the drink. It seems like they really struggle to maintain employees thus there are always a ton of new kids whom could care less. The lines along in most Starbucks, all over the country. That is fine because most stores are able to expedite a long line swiftly. Not this srtore. Yesterday I went through at 4pm, sat in line for 25 minutes and when I asked the young lady at the counter about it, she rudely shrugged her shoulders and blew it off. This young lady, coupled with consistent issues makes me wanna brew my french roast at home! What a shame.

My little sister and I frequent this location and we love it. We always go through the drive thru and we have never had a problem. The people who work the drive thru are extremely polite and nice. Great job to whoever does the hiring there. The coffee is delicious as it is most Starbucks. Quick and friendly service every time always equals a 5 star review from me! Great job!

Am I invisible? Seems like every time I come to this Starbucks, I stand at the counter and no one acknowledges me. Each time I’m here, there are at least 5 employees. Most every other Starbucks I walk into, one or more employees say, «hello» to me as I walk in and tell me they’ll be right with me. Not here. Arnold Starbucks needs to have an employee meeting about friendliness…

I am not a Starbucks fanatic and I don’t go regularly. Here’s why: Starbucks is overrated, overpriced, and not so great for my girly figure. However, today I needed an afternoon pick-​me-​up, and my $ 6.00 /​500+ calorie venti mocha frappuccino was somehow the perfect answer. Yeah, I don’t know… I still can’t justify my purchase.
I never stay to eat or drink inside Starbucks, but I will say that every time I’ve popped in on a whim, it’s very clean and my simple order is always correct. I only get a handful of things… usually a café mocha or mocha frappuccino. I’ve tried a few varieties of their baked breads in the past too, and really enjoyed the pumpkin and banana nut.
I expect that it will be another several months before my next visit to Starbucks. I am perfectly satisfied using my flavored k-​cups and sugar-​free creamer at home every day for a fraction of the price and calories. So until then…

I study here often, but why are there so many flies all the time?! Staff is friendly enough, but have nothing on the Tesson Ferry store! And there’s not a ton of flies there!

One of the best locations in the area, fast speedy and friendly service makes this my favorite on the way to work stop! Only downfall and I don’t think it’s lose a star worthy is frozen drinks don’t come out frozen if they have espresso like some locations. I think it’s just a temperature being a little hotter melting the ice than other stores. Love the staff and will continue to return often.

First off, it’s Starbucks and I already love the product but wow wow WOW to the service here. Each time I go, the staff are consistently friendly and so very happy about life in a coffee shop! They are always suggesting new coffee concoctions to add to my favorites. Add in the clean facility inside and the speedy drive thru and you’ve got a winning Starbucks in your hands! Keep up the good work!

As far as Starbucks’ go, you could not ask for a better team. This store is always running very smoothly — even when the line is to the door and there are 20 cars in the drive-​thru!

Some people may hate chain retail coffee shops, but this is as good as it gets in Arnold! I particularly enjoy Starbucks because the service is almost always enjoyable and there is free Wi-​Fi in the place.
There are a lot of nice cozy chairs and I sometimes manage to plop here with a good book instead of the local library. (The library does tend to be a bit loud, but that is ok.)
I can order a variety of drinks that can be syled according to my preferences. I always order the skinny version of an iced caramel machiatto. I always get my drink pretty quickly.
I agree with other reviewers, they do need to add some more parking spots, but this is not a huge negative, because the store had to do with what was given to them.

Best Starbucks in St. Louis. Great crew and the drive thru is super fast! Arnold is an official city now because we have a Starbucks! I have never had an issue at this Starbucks.

This is a cute little stand alone starbucks (not tucked into a target store like so many) nice décor staff is friendly… I do not drink starbucks coffee but I like that I can get a hot or iced black sweetened tea. Found myself chinchillin here with my laptop for awhile one day and it was a nice place to be…

Finally, a Starbucks in Arnold! It’s about time! After having a semi-​bad start of the week, I came here to get their delish pumpkin scones & their petite vanilla bean scones. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I sure like my tea. Their sweetened iced black tea hits the spot. I have got to try the refreshers. Like the previous review stated, the ambience is quite nice. If you get more than 2 or 3 petite vanilla bean scones, you get a discount (I forget the percentage). I’ll definitely be back to study & work on my laptop here.
